We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! 500 feet to the beach 500 feet to a park and playground 0.2 mile to public tennis courts Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors. We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental. Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

Location is fantastic, I would stay again just for that! The room could use some upgrade on the amenities. Felt a bit like a college apartment, the pots and pans were used and abused hand-me downs. They are some kitchen essentials that were not provided like a bottle opener, baking sheet, and the roasting pan was very dirty. The decor was mis-matched and a bit childish. Sofa was comfy but stained. The neighboring room had a more modern sofa that did not look comfortable so I was happy with ours. An additional chair in the living room and a cabinet under the TV would spruce it up. We didn't notice in the listing that the TV was streaming only but the staff was helpful in getting it going for us. There was a lack of space in the bathroom for toiletries with only the pedestal sink, add more shelves and hooks throughout. There was a musty smell to the room which can be typical in FL but there could be unseen mold, professional vent cleaning would help. Not intended to be a negative review just some suggestions.

Property was exactly as described. Shops and restaurants are within walkable distances. Antoni was very communicative with great instructions and recommendations. Best of all, access to the beach truly was an easy 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

I went to relax and it was the best. Lovely room for my sister and myself. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, the pool was quiet and very nice. Plenty of towels. I could live in that apartment. Took two of us in or sixties 5 minutes to walk to the beach witch could not be nicer. This is my 5th year staying here and they have made super improvements. Will be back sooner than later. Thank you so much.

I booked this very last minute and I could have have gotten luckier! The building is a cool looking 60s motel on the outside, and fresh and clean on the inside. We were able to enjoy the beach since it was North of the hotels and it was not crowded. The pool was the perfect temperature. I loved being in a quieter part of town but still close enough to walk to the pier area. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this two bedroom apartment while in Clearwater beach. It was clean, great location, literal steps from the beach, shops, restaurants. Although we had no additional needs, the host was very communicative with us via email and encouraged us to reach out with any needs. We will definitely be back.

The property is an older property that has clearly been refurbished. The result is a really nice space that is well equipped and comfortable. It is a short distance from the restaurants and bars in Clearwater Beach, and a short walk from the white sand beach itself.

First off the pictures on line where not how the rental looked when we arrived which was disappointing. I'd prefer the rental company to be up front and show current pictures, so I can make the choice if I want to puck it or not, not put up pretty pictures of a place and Manger claim it was remodeled, the furniture was old and the place looked bare ,other than that it was clean and it did the job.. the property does not provide wash clothes which I thought was extremely weird but OK

First off, this property is more of a motel setting, but much much higher end. The location is very good although we did use ride shares quite often. They are in abundance in Clearwater. The unit itself was perfect for three people. It is a newer property so everything was extremely clean and fresh. We were there for two nights which was perfect for us. I thought the pricing was somewhat high for the unit and location but splitting it three ways made the stay affordable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Nothing broke or went wrong, I just had some basic questions. I’d recommend this property.

This was a cute roomy place to stay. Close enough to beach to walk. The area is pretty and quite. I Would stay here again. Very easy to check in and check out. Property manager was very helpful in answering all my questions quickly.
