My friends and I stayed for Baylor graduation weekend and we had such a great time in Waco! The convenient location was great for our trip activities. The house is so nice and was perfect for our party of 6! If we ever come back to Waco we would definitely try to stay here again!

We were super excited when we viewed this house online. We arrived on a Wednesday and it was freezing. We couldn't get the heater to work at all. Went to Lowe's bought space heaters and flipped the breaker. Searching high and low we found the breaker box outside. Called property management after 12:00am. He did come out and find the pilot light wasn't on. After it had been serviced the week before. Every Uber we took was fast to let us know four girls didn't need to be walking around or be outside after dark as this was not a great place to stay. Cars coming and going all hours of the night. I think they rent out part of this property as we could hear people in the back of our yard. Next door was having a party on Friday or Saturday. Loud music and a lot of cars coming and going. This is an older house and has a funny odor that stayed in everything I brought into the house. Needless to say I had to leave everything in my garage when I got home to air it out. I'm not one to leave reviews. I feel I should share this as I wouldn't have booked it knowing these issues. If you do decide to stay I would advise bringing someone along that has a handgun license.

The house was great: clean, comfortable, and inviting. Festive neighbors tend to get a bit loud.

House was old but comfortable. Management was amazing with prompt response to helping us get in Checked on us via email and text thru the weekend. Neighborhood we were told is up and coming but the only thing we noticed 'up' was the amount of fencing around entire properties of neighbors and large metal gates. Lots of sirens and what we thought were gun shots Saturday night but hey that can happen anywhere! I think the only reason it had a funky smell was age and it was raining but it cleared. Driveway could use some work because when it rains it becomes a chalky mess and it gets in house. Yard was not mowed I took pictures but was not able to load them for some reason. It was convenient to all of the places on our schedule.
