We found the location to be wonderful: very close to all the old city landmarks, grocery shops and cafes, and at the same time the area was relatively quiet.
The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery and appliances, so having breakfast there was very convenient.
The host was also very good at communication, and we vere even allowed to store our luggage at their office after the check out and spend a few more hours exploring the city without having to lug around our suitcases.
The sofa in the kitchen does unfold and can be used as an extra space for sleep, but it is not very comfortable for more than a couple of nights and is also a bit short so may not accommodate a tall person.
The hot water in the shower would also sometimes switch off, but we only had this issue when using the large shower head and not the small one.
