Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Secure. Good communication from the host.
Slightly misleading photos on booking.com. Decor, furniture and furnishings definitely need updating and modernising. Could’ve done with another large towel each as nowhere to dry them as the towel rail wasn’t on. The couch is very old and has multiple cushions missing along the back. Could’ve done with a toaster and some tea towels.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in a grand old building in Bologna. Felt safe and secure. Welcoming host, and communication beforehand was great and reassuring. It was my first time in bologna and with lots of narrow laneways it was reassuring to receive directions and check-in info prior. Great facilities, including kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed and lounge. Within the inner city area, so walking distance everywhere. Would recommend and I would stay again

La posizione è ottima per girare in città a piedi.
Le foto sono fuorvianti: vengono rappresentate due camere da letto che inducono a pensare a un appartamento con 2 camere, in realtà ce n'è solo una.. L'appartamento sembra molto luminoso ma non lo è, poichè è al piano terra. Gli arredi sono trasandati e con diversi segni di usura..
