Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils as well as a coffee maker, coffee tabs, salt, pepper, and various condiments. Wifi is also super fast. Good for couples or solo travelers. Excellent aircon. 8 minutes from the main station and 25 from all the downtown attractions. Getting in was super easy (I was met at the gate) and alex and co are really super helpful and friendly. A strong 10.

It would have been good to have 2 pillows each in the main bedroom.

Great location, close to the center and to the train station. It is a nice appartment, great bed and amazing pillows! It has a good heating and nice bathroom.

Alex is a great host. We asked for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and as he could not find one he came and picked us up himself. He gave us all the usefull information we needed to know. The appartment was close to the centre of Bologna, by foot, so was the train station.The kitchen was fully equiped and there was also a nespresso machine.
Not Alex's fault, but there was terrible noise from the appartment above. It felt like someone was beating the floor for hours!!!!

The location is on a quiet neighborhood, away from the touristic crowds. You can easily reach by foot the city center in about 20 minutes. A supermarket is located few blocks away. The host, Alex, is very wellcoming. The appartment is very nice, with a balcony and view to the main street. The kitchen is very well equipped and the breakfast atmosphere is very cosy. We spent 2 nights here 2 adults + 3 children and hope to come back sometime.
For 5 people (our kids are quite big) it is not very spacious.

Alex was amazing host, he gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and we even save quite some money thanks to his advice to go by taxi to the airport and not by the train. :-)

Alex is hands-down the best host we’ve ever met! He was so kind from the moment we arrived at Bologna, after a pretty rough journey there. He helped us with everything we needed, including dinner reservations, welcoming us with fresh food, and even taking care of us and helping us after we left his property. If you are in Bologna don’t hesitate, go straight to Alex’s fully furnished and renovated apartment.

The location was great and Alex the owner was really friendly. Even brought us to the city centre. Hè gave great information about Bologna.

This comfortable, clean apartment is located a short 10min bus ride the centre of Bologna. Our host, Alex, communicated regularly and clearly. He was always available to answer questions about the area, transport and the like. There's two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. There's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The only small drawback is the lack of a living area. You have a table and chairs in the kitchen area. But it suited us as a couple travelling with a child. We were out most of the day.

The apartment is fantastic, exceptionally clean and more like a five star hotel but the convenience of being much larger and having kitchen facilities. Unfortunately we only stayed a night but would be great for longer stays in Bologna too.

The house was comfy and clean. Alex welcomed us just on time at the door, he was very helpful with everything.
To reach the center you have to walk at least 20 min.

The apartment was clean and Alex was a very good host! Our flight wasn’t until late in the afternoon and he let us stay until 1 pm which was very kind of him. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is a 20-30 minute walk from the center. The train station is a 10 minute walk. In the neighbourhood were local restaurants which we enjoyed very much :) we would definitely recommend this place!
If I had to say something it would be to maybe add another airconditioning in the second room.

The apartament was perfect for us! 2 big rooms, a kitchen with everything in it especially a coffe machine with coffe next to it,air conditioner,hair dryer (all that you need)!Very clean apartment and the host was more then helpful and friendly!I felt like home !the best stay in the last years! 10+

Property was very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable, good that it had Netflix. Very convenient to central Bologna. Alex is also a great host and was available if we had any problems.

We loved everything about the apartment: it's cozy, sparkling clean, in a quiet neighbourhood and pretty close to the Central station and the city center. Nice touch with the free drinks from the fridge. :)

The owner Alex was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was clean and had every facility we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - just outside the City centre (a short rental bike ride away) on a quiet street. Would definitely book if we were to visit Bologna again.
