A great location and a lovely view from the balcony. Basic ingredients available in the kitchen. Comfortable accommodation.
The flat had been freshly painted shortly before our stay. We could still smell the paint a little.
Unfortunately, I didn’t receive an invoice when I asked for one.

Placed in a great location, practically in the city center, two minute walk from La Fontanella, about ten minutes from the two towers and about fifteen from Piazza Maggiore, with an amazing balcony view of old Bologna, I was in heaven!!! Nothing beat just waking up in the morning, cool air, tranquillity, birds singing, enjoying a coffee, breakfast, while admiring that gorgeous view of the old city!!! Everything was over the top! I could not have asked for better accomodation! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

Lovely, only here for 1 night. Plenty of room and in a great location
The bright light in one of the bedrooms was a bit much! Needs some bedside lamps for a more ambient light.

Céntrico y ruidoso (nocturno) cuarto sin ascensor y sin aire acondicionado, para hacer un prueba de esfuerzo valdría bien. Con ventiladores ruidosos, para probar tu audición. El piso estaba limpio, aunque un poco viejo.
Nos dejó sin agua caliente al hacer la limpieza. Aunque vino rápido cuando le llamamos. Una de las camas era incómoda
