The apartment is clean, modern and beautifully furnished. Everything you require for your stay is present. Elena also provides small touches like plenty of coffee pods, snacks and bottled water. She is also on hand for any queries or issues. The bus to the station or town is a 5 minute walk and a large Spar supermarket is the same distance.

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht.
Die Wohnung bebte sehr oft. Am Anfang hat man Angst davor und dachte, es ist ein Erdbeben. Aber schnell stellte sich aus, dass irgendwie normal ist und man gewöhnte sich daran.
Außerdem hatten leider zwei Tage von 10 tagsüber zeitweise kein Wasser, ein Tag davon war wegen Bauarbeiten an einer kaputten Wasserleitung.

This property is a gem of a find. The owner clearly takes great pride in presenting a premium product, while also taking care of every little thoughtful detail. Their flexibility with arrival and departure times was greatly appreciated.
The beds were great, the aircon perfect in lounge and both bedrooms for the summer heat wave, the bathrooms spotless and well stocked, and the kitchen loaded with thoughtful additions in coffee, snacks and equipment.
The location is on a bus route, and has 4 restaurants directly below. It’s also the perfect spot if attending a conference at the Bologna convention centre… we could see it from our balcony.
With block out blinds and three tvs, this place just has it all!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Proprietara foarte amabilă , totul impecabil , restaurante în zona, autobuz aproape de bloc . Recomand această locație !!!
