We had an absolutely wonderful experience with GETHEKEY SRLS! The contact with them was absolutely fantastic from start to finish—they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful at every step. We accidentally left one of our belongings behind, and they were so helpful and went completely out of their way to mail it back to us. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond!The apartment itself was amazing, clean, and perfectly equipped. The location is a massive advantage: it sits just outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so driving there is completely stress-free, yet it is still incredibly close to the city center and all the main attractions. Having a secure parking spot for cars in the inner courtyard was a fantastic bonus. On top of that, the internet was great and super fast (around 500 Mbps download), which was perfect for us.We couldn’t have asked for a better place, better communication, or better hosts. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!

Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war immer erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit in jeder Situation (dafür nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön).
Warum sind für vier Leute in vielen Unterkünften nur genau vier Teller, Messer, Gabeln vorhanden? Die Terrasse war von der Tiefgarage nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, so dass man jedes Auto beim raus- und reinfahren gerochen hatte.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Bologna e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio è pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro e i principali punti di interesse. Host disponibile e gentile. Consigliato a chi cerca praticità, comfort e un'ottima esperienza a Bologna.

The location near to the train station and not so far from the center
Everything is old inside:the bed, the sofa, chairs.
The shower didn't stay in the support, the doors from the shower were broken.
The socket was broken and is dangerous for the kids.
I didn't like that you have to pay attention to the schedule for the garbage,otherwise you have to pay.
