Close to everything
For me, the only thing that I didn’t like was the mattress, it was too hard.

The apartment was thought through. Everything was working good, it was quite clean and comfortable in a good location.
The communication with the owners was super easy and they have answered every question we had. A very late check-in wasn't a problem as all the information was given to us in advance.
There are couple of shopping options near as well as a great pizza spot (L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele) just 5 min away.
If you're staying in the apartment nr. 8: there is another door (photo attached), which, I was informed "can be open only when all of the tree apartment in that building are booked by same person so they can circulate between the apartments or for the cleaning team to go from one apartment to the other faster". It was a bit confusing at first, but the hosts explained it well.
Some of the cooking utensils could use an upgrade as well as the shower. Nothing significant though.

The price and location are great. The rooms have everything you would need in them. Check in was easy.
The rooms are small but with high ceilings so the A/C didn't do a great job. To be fair it was extremely hot when we were there. The stairs up to the rooms isn't terrible but for one older person in our group it was a bit challenging. Heavy luggage was difficult to get up them. It wasn't anything I haven't seen in other places we have stayed in Europe.
