Fabio was great.
The communication before our arrival was very good.
He greeted us with a smile and helped us park the car and showed us to our accommodation.
The accommodation was lovely, spacious, clean very comfortable.
I’m glad I booked the terrace. It give us a little chill out time before going out. It’s a lovely setting.
and was met Bella the cat, and she certainly was Bella!
And it’s a perfect location.

Excellent location in Bologna, quiet street but close enough to walk to all the sights. 10 mins to the Towers.
Well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay, very clean and comfortable. Great to have the garden area too - very peaceful!
Excellent communication from the host, Flavio who was there to meet us upon arrival, personally took us to the parking space, showed us to the apartment and gave recommendations on places to see and eat etc.
Would definitely return.

Great location to visit Bologna. Spacious well laid out apartment in a secluded environment. Well equipped kitchen and good aircon. Charming and gracious host. Parking! Loved it and will be back.
