The house is nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet. HOWEVER we had so many issues after moving in and trying to get the management to get them resolved took several weeks to get in touch with her and get anything resolved. Somethings never got resolved in the 2 month stay. We had ants everywhere. We ended up buying traps and spray. Both bed frames were broken. We ended up buying wood cut as slates to fix one bed and it took maintenance over a week to come fix the next. Even supplied them with the sizes and how many were needed. The back door to was rotten by termites and had a light gap around it which let ants and other insects inside. This never got fixed. The spot light in the back yard never worked & had to use my own flashlight to go outside at night. The maintenance said they would be back the very next day to fix it and never showed up - still not working. The carpet outside when pulled from the wall of the house had ant piles ants and or termites crawling the walls. They came in thru a crack in the wall because there was a pile of black dust inside the house by the baseboards. The window sills always had dead flying ant on them which means they were getting in thru the front and back door. the front door batteries died and they never replaced them. The said the would drop off - never did. Needed another month or so they wouldn’t negotiate pricing with all the problems I had so I found a nicer & cheaper home. So for price I paid here-NOT WORTH IT!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is the perfect location to get to the beach, other attractions, and shopping needs. It was a great backyard for my Westy (dog) as it had a very secure fence. The house was very comfortable with all the needs for a long or short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close enough to the beach and public access is, as well as Waterview grills and pubs. Yes, I would come back here again.

We recently stayed at this home and really enjoyed our time. This is a nice house with a Great yard (especially if you are bringing a dog) in a great location. It is only 10 minutes or so to a couple of great beaches. One of the bathrooms is in the garage as another reviewer mentioned so that is something to note.
Only a couple of issues, and those were the lack of utensils in the kitchen and the lack of seating in the living room. The kitchen really only had a few basic utensils, and lacked the appropriate tools to grill. The home could use some steel spatulas and other grilling tools. In addition, the living room really needs some additional seating as it only seats 3 people. Overall though it was a nice stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was very clean and offered everything as stated in the description. We stayed for a number of days and wished that the kitchen offered more options (cheese grater, more silverware etc) but we made out ok. The area is quiet and central to many restaurants, shopping and close to beaches. We loved the area! The coffee bar was a favourite. Backyard was great for our dog and relaxing at night. We would stay again. Thank you!

Property is very clean and Kimberly, the property manager is very attentive. She promptly handled the issues we had when we first arrived. The home is really not set up for an extended stay if you plan on cooking indoors as there were no mixing bowls or baking dishes or a cutting board and initially we were only provided 1 washcloth and 1 towel each. Kimberly did bring over 5 more wash cloths and a couple more towels after I complained. Living room only seats 3 people so would not be good for a family of 4. Great fenced in yard for dogs and we loved practicing with the cornhole game.

We booked this vacation rental for our extended stay while we were down for the spring months! This place had it all! I highly recommend staying here for a long period of time if you are traveling to this area! This place was beautiful and they truly thought of everything. We loved having the large back yard for the dogs to play! Centrally located to everything nearby and only a quick trip to the beach! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great Place!
We stayed at this house for 30 days and absolutely loved it! It was comfortable, clean, and had plenty for us to do nearby. It was a perfect getaway without spending high prices to stay on the beach! Only a 5 min short drive to the beach and all the local restaurants! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Bungalow!
Loved our stay here. This home was perfect for our family! The backyard was HUGE! Perfect for playing in the yard while we relaxed by the fire pit! Enjoyed the beach chairs and toys that were available in the garage! We loved the beverage fridge! Our drinks that we brought were always nice and cold!

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything! (great dining, breweries, beaches, bike paths, etc...) and just a short walk/ bike to the local shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Great for pets!
We loved this vacation home! We brought our two dogs and loved the HUGE backyard for them to play in. Beds were very comfortable and loved the roku TV’s! Location was great with just a few miles away from everything! We will be back.

MODERN & CLEAN!
We loved our stay at this property! Me and my family enjoyed a lot of time on the back patio. We loved the fire pit and the large jenga! The gas grill was also a hit! Every bedroom had roku tv's that were great for staying up to date with our daily shows! Quick 5 min drive to the beaches and great local restaurants. Modern and clean! We will be back!

Beautiful Getaway!
We loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend others stay here. Check in was a breeze, contact was very responsive. The house was nicely renovated with great appliances and furnishings. Very clean and plenty of space for the four of us. Located close to restaurants, shopping and the beaches for great convenience; and a nice walk for coffee in the morning if you don't make your own in these wonderful accommodations. We loved the short 3 min walk to Dunkin' Donuts in the morning when we didn't feel like making breakfast. We will be back!
