Nestled in Clovis, this lovely house for $149 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful, newly renovated 3 bed/2.5 bath home in Clovis with a pool and gorgeous outdoor space! Spacious backyard includes pool, swings, playhouse, BBQ, fire pit and comfy outdoor furniture! Comfortably fits 10. We had a number of issues with this rental, the property manager was very responsive but only for one of the issues was resolved. (Dropping off Shampoo and soap for the shower)
While during your stay when visiting with family members from 4 different states is not when these types of things should be addressed. The property issues were things that should have been corrected or resolved way prior to our arrival. The property manager asked to have workmen come in but we would have to move out of the bedroom while they constructed bars in the closet. We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s but have never encountered issues like we experienced with this property.
Lastly, if you have rented a home that sleeps 10 “comfortably” I’d think that the basics would be at least one bath towel and wash cloth per person. We scrounged and found (6) six bath towels found, two pool towels and only (4) four wash cloths. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. No extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels.
We read the previous reviews and feel like we got cheated. A number of items listed under the amenities was not present at this house such as a first aid kit. After requesting a call from the property manager before posting this, I was informed that they don’t talk to the renters regarding issues they only text.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, it was very clean and cozy. The check in process was easy and the communication was great. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Oldtown and grocery, restaurants, etc. the place was just as described and the hosts were responsive.

Chose Fresno as our landing destination. It was within driving distance of several day trips/national parks we wanted to visit. Chose to forgo some of the day trips in favor of staying at our vacation rental to just relax in the pool. It was perfect. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Old Towne Clovis was a nice little town to shop and wander around in. All in all it gave us the r&r we needed!!

This property was within 15 minutes of every place we needed to be. The neighborhood was nice, quite and safe. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the amenities were excellent! Our overall impression... this was a great place to stay and I hope to visit again soon!

We had a great time at this property. It is a beautiful home located in a very quiet neighborhood with many food choices and grocery stores nearby. It has many great amenities and is perfect for families or a visit with friends. The house itself was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking, there were board games to play and it has a lovely backyard where we had many meals and conversations around the fire pit. Our host Kyle and his team was very attentive and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
