The Neighborhood: We are located in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood, it is an up and coming neighborhood here in Indianapolis. We recommend driving or using rideshare to travel in our neighborhood. Getting Around: 🚗🚘 recommend driving or using rideshare. Many of Indy’s hottest attractions are a quick drive away including: 5 minutes: Eli Lilly Park, Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium. 10 minutes: Drinks & Dining of Massachusetts Avenue restaurants, Monument Circle, and the Indianapolis Zoo. 15 minutes: Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Indianapolis International Airport (depending on traffic), Indianapolis State Fairgrounds, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Other Things to Note: While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.
