Good experience, good stay

Great view, good facilities and private

Was difficult to find where to park the car, always prohibited lots and also the police is not friendly

Had a great time. It was heaven. :)

Killer view I could just sit on the balcony all day. Pool is incredible again with a great view of the bay just watch the boats go by. Woke up watching Netflix in bed the sheets are so soft. Everything is comfortable and clean. Barbara the host is very kind she can give you some ideas of fun things to do or where to eat. There is a marina right there to rent a boat. Next time I’m staying for a week! Can’t believe I found this place I love it 😁

This place is a scam

First of all, this is not a hotel, but a private residence in which the owner was living and only subletting a room. This was not stated in the booking page. To access the bathroom or in and out the apartment you had to walk by her living room and kitchen, in which she was smoking constantly, even when checking us in. We got to the building expecting there to be a reception but since it wasn't a hotel there was no reception and we had to call her and she said she wasn't expecting us at this time (although we stated our estimated arrival time during the booking process) and that we should have called her in advance. In addition, the pictures in the property page were not true to what the actual room looked like, the listing is called 'amazing private room' and it showed a balcony, which was not actually part of the room but part pf the house. On top of that, the room was not clean, including the bedsheets, and it smelled terrible due to the central a/c system and the fact that she smoked in the living room the entire time. We couldn't stay there with these conditions and had to check in to another hotel. When we told her we were leaving she didn't even get up from the sofa and didn't know if we are automatically charged via the booking website or if we should pay her. We felt scammed. She is clearly inexperienced and this is not a property that should even be featured on Booking since it is not a hotel. We demand a refund and that you review this property.
