池袋から2駅で徒歩2.3分。
住宅街にあり夜も静かで駅の近くにはマックや松屋、飲食店などあり24時間のドラッグストアなど生活に困らないお店など凝縮されてる。
近くにコンビニも2軒あり。
部屋も同じく生活するのに困らない設備、今回助かったのは滞在時、雨だったため洗濯機があり洗濯できたところです。
お風呂がちょっと詰まりやすい、布団シーツが埃っぽい感じがしたファブリーズとかあると安心

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko wiele sklepów i restauracji. Blisko stacja higashi-nagasaki.
Dobry internet, można pracować. Jest klima. Przejrzysty proces meldunku.
Cienkie ściany, więc w nocy słychać pozostałych lokatorów. Łóżko może być za krótkie dla wysokich osób.

位置非常好，非常安靜，但是走路10分鐘左右可以到達百元店，大超市，便利商店及藥妝店，且餐廳咖啡廳選擇眾多。
隔音稍微不太好。

La calefacción y la lavadora (a pesar de que no supe como se usaba) es algo que pocos hospedajes ofrecen, se agradece.
El lava manos es muy bajito, el baño en general es muy incómodo por lo estrecho que es. Demasiadas multas, por equivocarte al tirar basura incluso. Cobran 1600 yenes cada 15 minutos tarde de checkout y ni siquiera te reciben. Demasiadas exigencias para el precio que he pagado y lo que ellos ofrecen. Por no hablar de que hay que coger 2/3 trenes para llegar a cualquier lado. Encima no hay cama de matrimonio, como creí ver en la foto. Es una litera, mi pareja y yo lo pasamos mal para dormir. Lo recomiendo si no puedes permitirte algo mejor, pero no es un sitio en el que se puedan recargar las energías para vivir el siguiente dia de manera energética.
