The positives:
1. Location, one block from the beach.
2. Spacious, immaculately clean, and very well outfitted with modern comforts; the kitchen is a highlight, as is the super comfortable master king bed.
3. Meticulous attention to details that make a difference such as beach towels, multiport bedside charging stations, and more.
4. Designated parking space right out front.
5. Gracious and very responsive host.
The not so positives:
1. The price - expensive!! Although it must be said that nearby self catered options are limited.
2. In contrast to the comfy interior, the building exterior and limited grounds are essentially bland concrete; there is nothing to see from any of the windows (this is a ground floor unit).

The apartment was 1.5 blocks from the water and was very comfortable with all needed amenities. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had.
Clearer instructions on using the heater (took us 2 days to figure out that to use the one in the bedroom meant shutting off the one in the living room... lol)

The location to the beach and stores was excellent! The staff were great and extremely attentive to our needs. We had an issue and the staff was responsive to fixing it.
Complicated TVs. Back patio wasn’t in great shape.
