About this house rental
Tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills, this lakefront retreat offers direct Lake James access, mountain views, and 2+ wooded acres in a gated community. Swim, boat, fish, kayak, or hike right from the property. Private dock with lights and 2 kayaks included. Open kitchen, dining space for 10, screened porch with wood-burning fireplace, family room with games, and 5 Smart TVs. Conveniently between Charlotte and Asheville, an hour from Boone and Blowing Rock.
The booking party MUST be present the entire stay - you are not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.
Parking only allowed in driveway, no parking on the street.
Excess trash must be hauled away.
Disconnecting the internet is not allowed at any point during the stay.
No smoking or vaping.
No fireworks.
No subleasing.

Beautiful home. Easy access and wonderful amenities. We especially loved the dock and being lakefront. Awesome grill and porch area that made for a great time during dinner. Highly recommend!

Nice lake cove location. Plenty of room for families. If you bring your own boat, good place to dock. If you have a second boat, which we did, not an ideal situation with the owners boat on a lift.
