-One room that had windows towards street was loud, even at night, no quiet sleep in that room.
- A LOT of small things need of fixing!!! (tiles in one of bathrooms, couch-bed in living room is broken, piece of the bed was coming of bed because metal hooks was not holding it and armrest was broken, in one room that i mentioned was loud light switches are not working, and i heard weird sizzling sound from it)
- At first i was thinking that inside terrace was a BIG bonus, nope, it exactly in the middle of multi-story building, and its a big weird sitting drinking coffee while many other people sitting in their balconies and watching you, that is not comfortable in my opinion.

Apartment is well-equipped with glasses, pans, cutlery, bedding, and has a large walk-in wardrobe for clothes/luggage. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and extra duvets were provided. The apartment was clean and the shower was powerful. The check-in instructions were clear and the apartment was easy to find.
I'm not sure if it was out of the ordinary, but there was a lot of drilling/construction noise in the buildings around the apartment, starting very early in the morning (around 7am). There were also young people upstairs socialising until after midnight and then leaving the apartment very loudly. The neighbours are not quiet when entering and exiting - always stomping on the stairs and slamming the main door. At 6am one morning, somebody was sweeping the entrance hall and banging the broom against the apartment door. The apartment has terrible noise insulation - you can hear people talking in the street and there was a surprising amount of traffic - the windows were rattling one morning due to a truck engine idling in the street. If you don't mind wearing earplugs to sleep, then I would recommend this apartment, as it was a good price and there is enough space for a small family. I didn't want to use earplugs in an unfamiliar setting.

Televisore guasto e non riparato/sostituito durante il periodo del soggiorno. I divani letto molto scomodi, soprattutto quello matrimoniale che non ha un materasso (si dorme proprio sul divano) e che rende quindi la casa molto scomoda per 5 persone. La casa era sporca, polvere ovunque. Nel salone, su 3 termosifoni ne funzionava bene solo uno, il secondo solo parzialmente ed il terzo completamente congelato. Quest'ultimo non è stato riparato nemmeno dopo due interventi da parte dei tecnici. La casa è invasa da un cattivo odore di fogna che proviene da una porta situata di fronte la porta d'ingresso.
