Grab the beach chairs and umbrellas, and head over to the beach and boardwalk. You can easily get there via driving, walking, biking, or take a 5 minute walk to the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) and avoid the local traffic and parking meters. Take the back road to The Fresh Market for a quick grocery run, dine at Blue Coast Seafood or Big Fish Grill, shop-till-you-drop at the Tanger Outlets, or have a great day out with the kids at Jungle Jim’s – River Safari Water Park (Seasonal). Head over to Rehoboth Avenue for additional shopping and restaurants, or take a stroll down the boardwalk. Super easy access to all Route 1 has to offer! The house was perfect for our family get together. The space allowed our party of 8 to socialize , cook and sleep in a comfortable setting. The house is in a great location, close to all the action. Andrew was very accessible to answer our questions and respond to our needs. The only downer was the fireplace was inoperative.
We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the brewery and the seafood restaurant in walking distance and it was a five minute drive to the beach. Great location! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us and the kids.

Lovely home with great floor plan. Easy drive to the beach. Nice relaxing time, quiet neighborhood. Went purposefully in off season so can not comment on the pool. House nicely appointed it was our second time staying if circumstances let us visit the beach again I would not hesitate to book the same home.

the house was very nice. well supplied with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Instructions were good and light switches were labeled( really helpful). The community is some rentals and some permanent residents, who were friendly to us. The pool is nice and great for a dip I the evening after being on the beach.

This beach house has exceptional amenities and includes beach gear and linens, which saved use from traveling in two cars this year. The owner, Andrew, is extremely responsive and checked in at the beginning of the week to ensure everything met our expectations. The kitchen is well stocked and the gas geill worked like a charm. Highly recommend!!

Our stay in Rehoboth could not have been more wonderful. The house lived up to all of our expectations, not to mention the pool that was within a block of the house, the great shopping within walking distance and great restaurants.....all within a short distance to the beach! We have already booked the house for next summer!!

I was a bit nervous that the neighborhood would be quite loud given its close proximity to Jungle Jim's (walking distance), but I couldn't have been more wrong. This property is tucked away far enough that it's very quiet and peaceful. Given that we stayed there with children, we did enjoy the short walk to Jungle Jim's during our stay and were able to pop out for a quick lunch back at the house and walk back to finish out the afternoon. House was fully equipped with what we needed, including linens and plenty of towels for everyone. We could have used a couple more comforters/blankets for the beds but we also like the AC blasting, so we ended up compromising on the AC setting. This place is also walking distance to Fractured Prune, for the best donuts, and a really short drive to the beach. We took full advantage of the community swimming pool and tennis court. Overall really happy with this location, will consider booking again for future family gatherings.

This was the 35th year that my sorority sisters and I have been getting together for a girls weekend of eating, drinking and shopping. This is our 2nd year at Andrew’s house and we will be back again next year. The house is everything in the description and more. It’s well equipped, great location and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Andrew checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was ok. If you’re looking for a great house with a great host this is the place for you!!

Andrew’s home is beautiful and spotless. The home was very spacious and we never felt crowded even with 6 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 13. Keys of Marsh Harbor is a nice neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. The location was perfect. The home was located off Route 1 behind Jungle Jim's close to all the outlets, restaurants and beaches. It was so nice to come back at the end of a busy day and unwind in this lovely home and quiet neighborhood.
Andrew's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking.
It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. Andrew was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Andrew checked in by text during our stay to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying ourselves. Bob his property manger was also great to work with. Andrew’s customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Andrew and his beautiful Home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. Andrew, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our 2 daughters, son-in-laws and grandsons, We had a wonderful time!

My family had a wonderful stay! We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room! The open kitchen has a great set up for cooking and visiting! We had room to hang out and play games in the living. It is a short drive to the beach which allowed us to have French fries on the boardwalk. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying again!

This is an excellent location, close to everything we like to do in the Rehoboth area. The property manager did a fantastic job of communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. He went above and beyond. The house is fully equipped with things that made our stay more enjoyable. The house is very nicely decorated. We will definitely be back.

There were only four of us staying for the weekend, however; a home this size certainly can accommodate many more. We felt right at home. The area is very quiet yet convenient to Coastal Highway and a short drive to the Avenue. The home was well stocked and the guys enjoyed playing cornhole out back off the patio several times. Our host Andrew was very helpful. We would definitely rent in the future

Honestly, there’s no real constructive criticism I might impart here. Our stay was perfect. The neighbors were quiet, the location was accessible to the beach and town. The furnishings were similar quality to what we have at home; very comfortable and the beds were nice and cozy. We were so happy that we chose well, as choosing ‘wrong’ can, in my experience, dampen the experience for all.

Great place to stay
A fantastic place to stay looks just like the pictures and the pool is fantastic and the local people are very nice to you downtown Rehobeth is a five minute drive and very convenient to get to. The location of this property is perfect for a family to come and enjoy with little kids or bigger kids definitely would rebook again

Location was great. Close to outlets, restaurant's etc. Park and ride was a three minute walk which could be used to access downtown Rehoboth. House and surrounding complex was clean. Pool area was really nice.

A true home away from home
Don't usually give reviews, but inspired to do so with this great property. Spacious, convenient, great amenities, clean and well kept home. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils and cookware. We were seven although the place surely could have fit ten, as advertised. The bedrooms were great(each had a TV), well-sized and there were enough bathrooms for our crew. The teens loved the pool and the 'comfy beds' (as did we), and everyone got their own space which was great when we wanted downtime after a long day at the beach. The LR was the AC is amazing should you need it. Owners are great communicators, reached out when we had a question, and made some great recommendations (Thompson Island Brewery had great beer and food and phenomenal outdoor space with games for the teens--and kids of any age). We drove everywhere and even rented a scooter, but we could have easily taken the bus to downtown. Walkable to Wawa's, Jungle Jim's waterpark, Fractured Prune and fresh market--all on the same side of the highway. This is our sixth year renting for a week in Rehoboth and everyone in our party agreed this was a winner.

I got a phone call a day before my arrival informing us that small shingles work is being done, but they won’t be working while we’re there. We arrived to a unit(townhouse)without siding, we have to asked workers to move their cars from assign parking spaces to be able to park. Quite a start!!!! Go upstairs to unpack and a worker is staring at me through the window of second floor hammering very loud. We were in shock…… I got a video of this situation. Also be aware of little to none toiletries for your basics essentials. Space was clean an spacious. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Beautifully maintained house in a great location. The house was even better than described. The check in process was very easy. We enjoyed the games that were provided in the house. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The house is conveniently located to shops and the main road which made it very easy to get to places. If we come back to the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place!
The house is even better than described. There were 8 of us staying there and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra fridge in the garage is a bonus. We will definitely be back!

Super Sea Glass
Our long weekend at Sea Glass was so delightful. The home is so lovely. The soothing colors are wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds are so comfy! We loved that it is at the end of a cul de sac. Great location. The hosts have done a marvelous job! We would come back in a heart beat!
