Our youngest son & family live in Jacksonville Beach so we rented this house to gather for Christmas vacation. My 97 yr old MIL was with my husband & I. Our older son & his wife from WI joined us for a few days. The house is beautifully furnished and also had many small amenities that were very appreciated such as hand soup at each sink, toilet paper, dish washing soap, coffee & filters, etc that we usually have to buy ourselves each time. We had a wonderful time & made more happy family memories.

What a beautiful and fun home! Aldo was so responsive and made us feel welcomed. The home was perfect for our family getaway. Everyone had their own space while still plenty of room to gather together. It was nicely decorated and very inviting. Close to the beach & pier with plenty to explore. We will definitely be back!

We appreciated the option to stay only two nights. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating when AC stopped working. It was remedied within a couple of hours. Home is clean and accurately represents the listing. Thank you!

Pictures don’t really do the property justice. Clean, nice sized bedrooms, TV in main entertainment area and all the bedrooms. Close drive to the beach, neighborhood is very quiet, close to restaurants, stores etc. Only issue—one of the TV remotes was misplaced /lost we never found or received another. It was fine—we were in and out a lot. There is a noise ordinance so if your group is large, wanting to play loud music this not the place for you! I would definitely stay again!

Our group of two families (two sets of parents and two kids each) had a wonderful time! The house itself is beautiful, had everything we needed, and photos do not do it justice. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house and backyard were just lovely. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the laundry room. The master bath was lovely. The walk to the beach is a straight shot down about a half mile to the pier beach area, which was actually my favorite beach of the area. The beach has lifeguards, plenty of space, volleyball nets, and it was clean. There is also public parking at the beach, which is free Monday-Thursdays. Just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, which was also fun to explore, and a short drive to a nearby marina allowed us to rent a boat and explore the area from the St John’s River. Plenty to see and do, and this is the perfect home base for it! The only thing I would change would be softer beds and thicker pillows—I did get a sore neck. Otherwise, awesome, and would love to stay again!

This rental was a short distance away from the beach and was near so many great eats. Very beautiful property and exceeded everyone’s expectations. Aldo was the friendliest host and I can’t wait to find a reason to book again!

Great communication with property manager Aldo. Very clean and spacious for easily 6 adults and 3 kids. Only 1/2 mile away from beach and dozens of restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. This location was like being at a hotel, with 5 large flatscreen TV’s, and plenty of room to stretch out in and outside of the house. The only comment of improvement is that the downstairs suite was a little warmer than the rest of the house. We would absolutely stay again!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were very close to the beach (driving). I didn’t like having cameras outside monitoring our coming and going. I do understand you want to keep your investment clean. However, the cameras made me feel weird. I wish I had known some of the rules prior to renting.

Beautiful house and a short 3 minute drive to beach access. We had 6 adults and worked our perfect with accommodating our family. Only suggestion is to make sure you put the correct number of renters at time of booking, unlike most rental homes it does change the price. Owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Overall a 5 star from us & would recommend for your Jacksonville Beach stay!!!!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, large bedrooms, a great backyard, and quiet neighborhood. Close to many amenities and the beach. Aldo was a terrific host! Based on the pictures we thought the house would be on the older side. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The whole interior looks brand new. There was ample space for our family of 7, which includes a 4 year and 2 year old. The backyard is lovely with ample seating and a great vibe. 20 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive to a beach that has plenty of parking and the house has a great outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Very clean, and we’ll stocked with basic needs. You won’t be disappointed! Communication with the owners was also a breeze!

It was a great place. This adorable 3 bedroom house is perfectly located on 4th ave which is a straight 4 minute drive to the beaches, bars and restaurants. The landlord was extremely helpful with a few accommodations that I requested to be made. Aldo, the landlord was also a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend staying here. The TV’s were were quite large and the spacious backyard has a nice beach vibe. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend a nice relaxing weekend close the Atlantic Ocean :) Thanks Aldo!

This property was the perfect place for me and my family to stay and relax. It has a quaint backyard area that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and for late night conversations. The house was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect allowing us to be able to drive to several different venues during our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We were very pleased with all asepects of our host's house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - the home is well furnished, clean, and close to pretty much everything! Great floor plan with lots of natural daylight - we particularly loved the outdoor space and having morning coffee on the private back patio. I would definitely recommend to friends & family and have already booked again for our next visit in October.
