ADDITIONAL DETAILS *A signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required with all reservations.* Please NOTE: The lake water level is regulated by Dominion Energy and is at its highest levels during the months of March through October each year. The level is lowered during the months of late October through February and can impact the ability to use the dock for boating/swimming.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. Quiet, clean, plenty of room. The owners were very easy to work with and the house was in excellent condition and access to great water toys.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from the University of South Carolina and wanted to stay a few days to celebrate. We had a fabulous time. Even though it was December, the kids kayaked and fished. Property was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we need. The foosball table was lots of fun. Hosts were very responsive. I am sure this home is AMAZING in the summer! We may be back! :)

The property is located in a very picturesque part of the lake and has an unobstructed view of the water. The screened porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
All advertised amenities (kayaks, games, etc.) were availble and were in good condition. The property is very clean and modern and is nicely appointed.
I would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfect! It has plenty of space to be together as a family but also areas to get away (if needed! Lol) the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We grilled most nights and that was easy to use too.
The location on the lake is amazing! We loved the paddle boards and the kayak and watching the turtles in the cove! We rented a pontoon and were on the lake all day.
It was a great week and we highly recommend this house if you’re coming to Lake Murray!!

Looking at area for retirement and found this place. Judd was extremely responsive and helpful. Home was clean and as described. Really thought of everything.

We stayed just for a long weekend and didn't leave the property except for a short visit to the grocery store and somewhere for fishing poles and accessories. The kids had hours of fun just jumping off the dock and using the paddleboards and kayak. We cooked dinners on the grill and in the well-equipped kitchen. and had fires in the fire pit each evening. It was a perfect spot for a very relaxing weekend. And the house could not have been cleaner or more inviting.

This house has it all! It is clean, well, equipped, beautiful view, lots of extra amenities to keep everyone happy. Our weekend weather was terrible, but we made the most of it. The owners of this house have thought of everything. They responded to us in minutes when we had a question. We hope to be back again!

Loved staying at this house! Right on the lake with fun water activities, games, and a fire pit. We enjoyed our time there and Judd and Lori were very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely go back!

We came to stay here for a mini getaway and the South Carolina football game. The house was perfect and the view of the lake was AMAZING!! We have definitely made the plan to return to enjoy the lake!!!

This property was great. it has been beautifully redone. The interior was clean and new and the exterior spaces were very usable and perfect for hanging out. we did not have time to use the lake, but the dock was awesome. i enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset from the back yard. the beds were comfortable which is a must. i would definately rent this prperty again!

Absolutely nothing but good things about Lori and Judd’s lake house. Clean, organized and the layout was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our morning coffee, with sunrise view, and evenings on the back deck. Communication with the hosts were quick and friendly. We, the kids and grands had a nice relaxed time away enjoying their home and the beautiful views of the lake. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 6 kids. We never left because there was plenty to enjoy right there on Lake Murray. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayak, and swimming right off the dock. The house is on a small quiet cove, yet close to the big water. We can’t wait to stay again! Check-in/out, communication and all other rental needs were excellent.

The house was very clean and organized. The attention to detail is evident and we appreciated it! Everything we needed was there! The kitchen is very well equipped to cook any meal. Beds were comfortable. The decor is perfect for the lake without too many Knickknacks. We all really liked the layout of the house and screened in porch. The dock was amazing, 2 sets of steps for easy lake access. We didn’t leave, just floated for a few days. The kids loved the paddle boards and kayak provided. They also loved fishing and just swimming. Overall, we would not hesitate to book again.
