Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay! -IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. -Pets 30 lbs. or less are allowed for an additional $150 fee, plus $50 per additional pet but please keep them leashed in the common areas. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit. -No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00.
