This was probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate! The bed was surprisingly cozy and comfy. The front yard is perfect for pets. Overall just a great little studio!
We had a bit of issue with the check in. The keypad was out of battery, but the property owner was really communicative and came out immediately to rectify the issue.

My partner and I spent a night at this location with our dog and were very happy with our stay. Cory was very responsive and the check-in process was super easy. We had enough privacy that it didn't even feel like we were a part of a connected unit. The studio was cozy but also spacious, and was clean and up-to-date. When our travel plans changed, Cory got the unit ready so that we could check-in before the regular time, which we greatly appreciated. If we're ever back in the area, we'd definitely stay here again.

The Beverly was a perfect place for the two of us and our dog to stay while we visited dear friends in Eugene for Thanksgiving. The unit is well-appointed and set-up and the host included very thoughtful touches to welcome us. We look forward to staying at the Beverly again and highly recommend it to others.

What a great place to stay for our one night stop in Eugene. Nicely designed and decorated and super comfy place to sleep. Very quiet and peaceful. Great bed and nicely stocked kitchen. Super clean. Our only surprise was that the pictures online showed a dining table and that wasn’t there. We brought our dinner

Lovely studio! Cozy and warm. Questions were promptly answered with friendly responses. Location was great and in close proximity (~3.4 miles) to visit my daughter at UO. Nice homey touches made for a very welcoming visit. Definitely in my rotation for lodging choices when I visit Eugene!

We come to this area often but, this time our usual hotel was not available.
Found Cory”s place which seemed to fit our needs. We came from another part of our trip, about an hour away and we wanted to be close to Eugene Airport for a Zero Dark Thirty departure. CHECK, perfect spots an easy 15 min drive to the airport. A plus, Costco gas around the corner to top off the rental fuel and several pizza or other food options up the street.
I had questions before getting there and Cory was on it with fast replies.
Arrived about 8:30 on a cold, rainy night and easily found and entered the studio apartment. An Outstanding private garden area and beautiful interior. It seemed like a super nice neighborhood from our nighttime assessment.
Tons of extras provided like many warm drink options plus snacks were even there for us. The bed was very comfy and the bath towels, totally Lux. On the road at 4AM and got out knowing we didn’t bother anyone (we hope).

I really liked this place. It was so clean, comfortable, and cozy. The courtyard is serene. I wish I would have come down for the show earlier just so I could have enjoyed this little haven for a longer amount of time:) When I come back, I’m not going to bother chancing it on another Vrbo listing. I’m booking this one every time!

Above-average hospitality from the kind host from the very first interaction. The house is very clean, and was ideal for our needs. It was well appointed with so many thoughtful little amenities. I highly recommend this for a couple or a solo traveler. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

We stayed three nights in this lovely studio room. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The outside courtyard made us feel safe. The location made for easy access to the River Center and U of Oregon. We will try to book this property again when we return to Eugene.

Loved the fountain in the courtyard, sounded like rain all night. We had our coffee out there both mornings. Kitchen and bathroom nicely stocked with essentials. Nice and quiet neighborhood, bought a homemade rhubarb pie from a neighbor, yumm! Really enjoyed our stay in Eugene

So glad we finally this place. Comfortable, relaxing, beautiful. The indoor temperature was just right. The welcoming sound of the fountain in the courtyard soothed immediately. Loved the privacy. Even our dog was smiling. Thank you to the owner, who clearly put much thought into the environment. Dimmer switches on both sides of the cozy bed - yes please! Needs a tea kettle in the kitchenette, but otherwise shear perfection!

Super nice, In a great neighborhood. Owner was super easy to get ahold of… we had a late arrival and he was more than happy to accommodate and made sure the lighting was on for us to get in, in the dark. Great place!

We are local homeowners who needed a place to stay with our cat while our home was being worked on, and this place was perfect! Not only was the studio comfy and filled with everything we might need (and more!), it is in a quiet, convenient neighborhood just moments from the Pape Beltline, so it's easy to get anywhere from here.
We enjoyed the courtyard and the abundant parking, as well as walking around the distinctive neighborhoods and even to Winco Foods. A local home baker provided a delicious rhubarb pie, too! We can't say enough about how great this place was, and we'd recommend it highly.

Whoever was in charge of designing this small portion of property knew what they were doing! All of the 5 star reviews I read before booking were spot on and then some! I consider myself a tough critic for nightly rental/hotel rooms and everything about this darling place was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our dog, and it was more than what we were looking for - the unit was spacious, the front fenced in area was amazing (love the fountain, light fixtures, the privacy and the seating - we liked it so much that we got take-out dinner and ate out there) and Cory was a great host, with great communication and easy check-in process. Next time we're in Eugene, we'll definitely be staying here.

Husband and I came to Eugene for a track and field event held at Hayward Field. We did not rent a car and other than an Uber/Lyft ride to the airport we were able to get around via bus as the bus stop is one street away. Grocery stores (WinCo and Costco) approximately 1/2 a mile away. The property was perfect for our needs, very clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and the small courtyard on the property was ideal for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Prior to check in Cory answered all questions promptly. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage at the property while waiting for it to be ready. This will be the property we stay in when we return to Eugene.

The unit is clean & very comfortable with nice appliances and a cabinet with many other items that may be needed. The patio/garden is super nice with a bubbling fountain and outdoor lighting that comes on automatically. Very peaceful and quiet. I liked the safe neighborhood as well.
Hosts were very responsive, kind and accommodating. I looked to see if we could stay an extra night but sadly it was booked. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in Eugene for just one night attending an event at the university. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and was a great spot for us and our small dog. Especially appreciated the AC since it was a hot day and night. Found a great breakfast spot a short drive away called Southpine Bakery.

The property was exactly as advertised, and host Cory has thought of, and implemented everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The attention to detail was amazing! The property is exceedingly clean, tidy and absolutely comfortable. The outdoor patio area is perfect to have your morning coffee or evening drinks! Checkin was easier than anywhere I have ever stayed. Place was clean, private, extremely well stocked, comfortable, easy to find, quiet, and decor made a statement without shouting. This was absolutely perfect getting in town after flying all day and relaxing before heading out on an adventure!
