This rare 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Bonne Vie vacation condo is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village – a prime location near Sun Valley Resort and downtown Ketchum, tranquil pond and mountain views, and ample space for the whole family to vacation together under one roof with all the comforts of home. This bright and well-appointed Elkhorn condo is split over three spacious levels with a warm and welcoming living area at the heart of the home! There's plenty of space to relax and unwind, a cozy corner fireplace for winter warmth, a flat screen TV for downtime, and a small deck with views. The kitchen is newly updated with warm wood floors, modern appliances, and a dining table for sharing meals together. On the upper level are two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom - a queen bedroom with a private balcony and pond views and a bunk room with a twin over double bunk bed, and a single sleeper. The entry level of the condo features a guest bedroom and a family room with a sleeper couch and mini kitchenette that can comfortably serve as a 4th bedroom for larger groups. The family room opens to the finest feature of this Bonne Vie condo, a spacious furnished deck overlooking the Elkhorn pond for coffee and cocktails with a view, BBQ cookouts and stargazing Sun Valley's clear skies. Bonne Vie 2247 is situated walking distance from the swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts in Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center, the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Elkhorn Resort, and the Wood River Valley bike path and trails for recreation. The free shuttle is only steps from the condo and takes you to the ski lifts on Dollar and Bald Mountain, Sun Valley Resort and shopping and dining in downtown Ketchum. The main problem is the sofa bed. It is a worn out mess single with extremely thin mattress. It was not fit for an adult to sleep let alone a couple. The entire place is furnished with thrift store rejects. The kitchen stove burners have no gradation in temperature- off and turbo. There was gum stuck on the dresser, spiderwebs everywhere, grungy countertops in kitchen, mold in the bathroom. They’re barely enough sleeping area for 9 let alone the 11 advertised.
