the room was cold. you could hear the people above us all night.

the heat didn’t work and the plumbing was sluggish

I did not get a good nights rest

You could hear through the ceiling, someone in the unit above had an animal or something and I could hear moving around all night long. I was traveling for work and could not get a good nights sleep. It was horrible!!

People above were loud and I did not get a good nights rest.

Clean, bright, modern suite in good location

Great location, clean, well stocked.

Shower didn’t drain properly, almost flooded bathroom.

I am disappointed we did not get the room we Paid for and what in an email had been reassured was indeed a Ground Floor unit, the fact that it was supposed to be a Garden View was of no consequence since we weren't in the room that much anyway. but whole reason we booked that room was because being a Ground Floor unit we could just bring our Ebikes in at night. The thing is my booking was Miss represented. it wasn't at all what it clamed and all of the extra charges were excessive. I was not happy with the way this booking went and my Review will express it. Your lack of response just indicates what quality of service your company has shown.

Quiet and Convenient

This property is in a community that has multiple apartment buildings and townhomes. It’s conveniently located to downtown Ketchum (about a 10 minute drive), and everything was clean and nice. The parking is convenient and the check-in instructions were very clear.

It was a good stay. But will probably look into other places next time.

I liked the location. Elk Horn is a good area. Easily accessible and short drive to Sun Valley shops and Ketchum. Great access to the bike trail which is my favorite part of Sun Valley.

I didn't like the lack of information about the pool being under construction. We had the understanding we would have access to a pool but were never informed it was under construction till we drove over to go use it and see it was a construction site. I wasn't pleased with the thermostat. I don't believe there is AC, and if there is we couldn't ever get it to work.
