Great apartment with plenty of space and the dining nook up the stairs was a beautiful little spot to have our meals with a clear view of the boardwalk AND the ocean. Even though the apartment is right on the boardwalk it felt private and the noise from outside wasn’t intrusive or really noticeable at all. The place was well stocked with linens, towels, and beach gear, and there is a heat lamp in the bathroom to keep you toasty after you get put of the shower. The location was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in Rehoboth and we didn’t have to drive anywhere once during our trip. We went during a busy time of year for Rehoboth and the beach was packed but there was still plenty of space to set up and enjoy the ocean every day.
There was a little water that came through the vent in the bathroom when it rained but it wasn’t buckets or anything and dried up with a towel. The parking spot is a short walk around the boardwalk which wasn’t bad but with more than a few things to unpack and transport via foot to and from the apartment it could become a small annoyance after more than a few trips. The instructions for garbage disposal were to use the street garbage cans which felt a little awkward because you would be loading an entire apartment’s worth of garbage into a relatively small receptacle that seemed more meant for passers by to drop single items at a time rather than an entire bag of garbage at once.

Really enjoyed the location was able to sit and eat breakfast and look at the ocean. We were able to walk to restaurants bars, boutique shopping, so conveniently located
