It was modern and spacious. Situated close to the harbour and a 20 minute walk to the old town. There is a bus stop located right outside to take you to the old town if you don’t want to walk and airport shuttle bus also stops there.

The apartment is just excellent: spacious, all rooms have AC, clean, equipped with everything one might need on vacation; the host is very helpful and clear

Everything. The location is great. Easy transport links for the bus (bus stop to the old town is right outside the apartment and takes 10mins) and Gruz ferry port is a 10 minute walk away.
The Aircon is fantastic and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
And, contrary to some reviews - there most definitely is cutlery in the apartment!
Nothing. Except perhaps the giant lampshade above the sofa - hit my head a few times on that when standing up 😆
