LIVING AREA The inviting living area features a plush sofa, a love seat, and a gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will be delighted to find high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sleek granite countertops create ample prep space. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area. BED & BATH This two-story condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and the loft area. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the front patio. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, direct access to the front patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Partially open to the living area below, the loft area is furnished with two queen-size beds and a twin-size daybed. Watch movies on the flat-screen TV. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Step out to the interior patio to find alfresco privacy. Kick back with a book in an armchair or snuggle up on the love seat. The gorgeous view on the rooftop balcony encompasses the Pacific Ocean and the Oceano Dunes. A gas grill invites cookouts at home. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for two cars, with one in the open parking area and one in the garage. The property does not have air-conditioning. THE LOCATION Situated directly in front of the beach and the Oceano Dunes Preserve, this condo presents an unbeatable location on the Central Coast. Stroll 10 minutes from your front door to play at Oceano Park or dine at local eateries. Other local attractions include the Oceano Train Depot (1 mile) and the Monarch Butterfly Grove (2 miles). Golfers will appreciate being just 2 miles from the Pismo Beach Golf Course. Drive 16 miles to San Luis Obispo to visit upscale restaurants and wineries in the historic downtown district. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful beach condo. Ridiculously easy access to the beach and the dunes. Quick drive into Pismo Beach for local shopping and cuisine. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and relax.

The home was beautiful, the location was awesome! It was just a short little two minute walk down to the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. They had all the basics that you would need to cook and even do laundry.

My son was chased by 3 dogs from the owner of the buildings in front of property. There where lots of dead and live bugs inside property. Showers were clogged and toilet leaks. The property needs some maintenance and cleaning.

Beautiful and spacious home just steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated and Immaculately clean. Includes everything for a perfect beach getaway with the family. Our family of 6 enjoyed our time here. There was ample space for everyone. We'll be back!

Very well kept and clean. Fantastic handicap access. Didn’t give five stars for three reasons; the TV was hard for me to figure out the cable both upstairs and down; they only allow one dog (I have two dogs) so one of my pups couldn’t come, they do not have any dishes that you can put in an oven for small side dishes.. I had to run to store on Christmas Day to find baking dishes for my side dishes. Those are my only complaints; other than that it was amazing. The beach access; the location; the cleanlinessis five star.

Wonderful last minute New Years get away was awesome in the spacious condo! Each bedroom with its own bathroom, including the loft with two Queen beds and a futon…great for the kiddos to have their own little getaway. Sand right outside the door on the opposite side of the busy “Stand”. Two outside patios if you want to BBQ, and the outside balcony gives the perfect view of the ocean! Definitely will be back.

Overall stay was good. The check in process took a while. I had a code that was given to me initally but it was for the security code not for the door entry. I had to call and get the access code. Vistors for the beach will park on your stall even though sign said parking for strand rentals only. Manager responded in timely manner. I would book again in the future.

My friends and I were here to celebrate my birthday. It was a great location. Easy to walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and loved the balcony and the courtyard. The courtyard made it private for us while allowing us to be outside and grill.
