The other 2 bedrooms both have a queen size bed and their own private full bathroom. The best feature is the outdoor living area that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. New Smyrna Beach offers all your outdoor adventures from paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking to bird watching, sunbathing and wine walks. Spend a few days exploring our beautiful barrier island and a few days unwinding onsite with a barbeque area, 2 pools, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop and 2 lighted tennis courts there's. some "me" time scheduled somewhere for everyone!

This property was wonderful. It was very spacious and comfortable. There are partial ocean views from both balcony, which was a nice surprise. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The complex was nice with two pools and nature boardwalk. The management company responded quickly to our maintenance issue when the touchpad for the door lock didn't work. The area was wonderful, not crowded and not overly touristy. We enjoyed our trip.

Great space and location. Unit needs some updating and some new towels, bedspreads, sheets. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced.
