Our area of New Smyrna Beach is home to several well~known, MUST TRY, fresh seafood restaurants! And, some fresh seafood markets too if you're a DIY guest in the unit. Long walks, surf board and the paddle board rentals are close by, along with kayaks, bikes and more! Quaint shops along Flagler Avenue will keep the ladies happy, and a stroll along the oceanfront or a seat in one of several direct oceanfront restaurants also offers a great outing. Check us out! This beautifully decorated, non-smoking unit has a breath taking, direct oceanfront view you will LOVE!!!! Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, nice and friendly complex and we are NOT a high rise. Avoid the crowds and feel relaxed here!

Everything was exactly as shown. The entire process was very easy including the check-in process and communicationwith the host. The unit was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the unit was amazing. We would definitely return again.

Overall the condo needs a better cleaning: Exhaust vents for heat & cooling were disgusting. Toaster really rough. Microwave the tray is not made for that microwave or something. Blinds in bedroom didn't work. Only one partial roll of TP in each bathroom!! Really! Handsoaps empty with no refill available. No Kleenex. Patio furniture in rough shape. No laundry detergent to start loads when leaving. Been in property management for 20 years and it's the little things that make a stay a lot better.
