It was a beautiful house, very new and well taken care of. The host was very nice and helpful.
There were a lot of stairs to get up to the house which may be difficult for an older person or a person with mobility issues. But, the owner was very helpful about getting our bags to the house.

La struttura è situata in un contesto rustico molto bello, immerso nella natura e accanto ad un mulino ancora funzionante.
È fuori dalla città ma a poca distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle della costa.
L'appartamento è molto pulito ed è dotato di tutti i comfort tra cui 3 condizionatori, 3 televisori, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
L'host disponibilissimo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa!!
All'appartamento si accede tramite una scala con diversi scalini (un po' scomoda con la spesa) ma la meta vale la salita!!

Appartement refait à neuf avec goût, situé au dessus d'un moulin à eau et de son musée que nous avons visité avec notre très sympathique hôte Alessandro.
Une grande et belle terrasse avec vue sur la campagne permet de se relaxer et de manger à l'extérieur.
Situation idéale pour visiter Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Marzamemi, Scicli...belles plages à proximité.
Alessandro et la Mamma vous accueillent à la sicilienne comme s'ils vous connaissaient depuis longtemps.
Parking devant le moulin, calme et sérénité garantis.
Accès au logement un peu compliqué par les escaliers mais Alessandro est là pour vous aider à porter les bagages.

La casa Esteticamente è molto carina ,immersa in un silenzio totale perché non c’è nemmeno linea telefonica.Ideale per chi vuole staccare; il proprietario è una persona super disponibile.
Peccato per l’accesso: solo tramite una ripida scalinata infinita scavata nella pietra di Modica.
Ma e’ onesto dire anche che non è sicuramente adatta a persone con disabilità, anziani o passeggini.
