We have rented on Indian Lake for years. One or two weeks each summer. This is first time on Orchard Island. Really enjoyed being on the east side of Orchard Island near the park. Well laid out. Kayaks were a treat. Portable gas grill and byo firewood for fire ring. The deck has a roof that opens. Ample seating in and out. Slip for boat is 8-foot wide. Caught an 18" blue catfish and 8" large mouth bass off pier. Very good value. Weeds are generally gone. Saw bald eagle and osprey.

We went in August 2023 and had a wonderful time! The place is just as described. The living area is larger than I expected, which was nice. Very comfortable furniture with everything being updated and looks new. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family, especially the bunks in one of the rooms. There are no tv’s in the bedrooms, which is something we really missed. The outside deck area was plenty roomy for our family of 8. It was cool enough to have a fire in the evening. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days which we docked right at our place. The view is beautiful. There is a park within walking distance so we used that several times. Check in and out was super simple. The owners are easy to work with and have thought of everything their guests would need for a wonderful vacation. This was our first trip to Indian Lake and we will definitely be back. We hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you!

My husband and I and two other couples stayed at this lake front property last week. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and the surrounding area was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot on the lake; close to everything we wanted to do: the park and beach for little ones and the marina for all of us. Loved the patio area and covered roof. Would recommend and stay there again.

The house was perfect for our group. We spent a lot of time on the water and hanging out on the deck. The kids enjoyed walking over to the park. Everyone had a great time and the house had all of the essentials to make our stay comfortable. This is a perfect spot to relax at Indian Lake.

Beautiful house. Looks newly renovated. Nice location on lake and near park. When reaching out to owner with a question he responded quickly! Just a side note…steps to 2nd floor bedrooms are a little steep.

We really enjoyed the space, the number of beds and bedrooms and the privacy the place had to offer, especially the proximity to the lake and to the playground. More living room furniture would have been helpful for games but overall great for large groups.

Absolutely fantastic accommodations, location, and amenities. Well-appointed with lots of added features – a large deck, grill, fire pit, kayaks, bicycles (including a kids tricycle!), and a full complement of indoor and outdoor games. We used them all during our stay. A recent renovation with a large gathering area on the first floor. Perfect for a getaway with our large family. Right on the water in a protected cove - with a boat dock and jet ski lift. Little street traffic. The beach, playground, marina, and main street shops were all within easy walking distance. Mitch and Julie are great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the reservation process and during our stay. It is clear they really care about their guests’ satisfaction. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!

Right on the water with a great deck made for a nice view and a relaxing place to sit and unwind. Plenty of beds for a big group. Mitch was super easy to get ahold of during the planning process and always responded right away. Master bed was very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed room.

We were looking for a place for a few days during the 4th of July weekend. We know it’s very difficult to find something for that particular weekend especially in such a short notice. We found it and booked it as soon as we seen it opened the days we needed to have it. The house was beautifully renovated. Clean, fresh, and like a new place to be. Perfect spot for all of us. The park was especially great to have since we had our grandkids with us. I would stay at this place again. Thanks so much to Mitch and Julie for everything. I know I ask a lot of questions when it comes time to do certain things like and they were great with answering my questions to all the needs we needed. Awesome place to stay. I wish we could have meant them personally and thank them with some cocktails. Thanks again Mitch and Julie

Mitch and Julie were absolutely fantastic to work with! Their place was everything we were looking for and more. It was fully stocked with amenities needed for the kitchen, bathrooms, and each bedroom. Our family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the lake, watching the abundant wild life along with people watching at the state park across the water. Star gazing was amazing from the deck as well. VERY clean. Our 30 yr old niece stayed with us and she cleans rentals. She commented on how clean this house is and was very impressive. The neighborhood is so charming and the neighbors are fantastic. It is close to yummy restaurants if you prefer to go out to eat. Boat rental is walking distance from the house. I can't say enough about this place. We wished we had time on our schedules to stay longer.
