Everything that was described in the listing. The property is peaceful and serene. Nature abounds. We caught crabs and watched sea birds from the pier. A few deer, wild turkeys and rabbits stopped by as well. We enjoyed the fire pit at night.
The house was very nice. Clean and organized. I liked that we just had to strip the beds and put our towels in the hamper. We left it as we found it. Check out couldn't have been easier.

We had wonderful few days at the property. The house is very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, comfortable, with great attention to details. The hosts are super responsive and attentive. Check-in process was easy.
While at the house, we enjoyed kayaking, fishing, crabbing and family time with the kids. We also had a great time exploring the area and nearby towns. The Northern Neck area is very charming, not as commercial as some other areas on the Chesapeake Bay, but it has a rich history, great food places, beautiful nature and many things to do. It is perfect for a peaceful getaway near the water.
We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

The property was immaculate and well-appointed, with an efficient check in process and a friendly and responsive host. If you are looking for a Northern Neck family getaway on the water, this is a great spot!
