Value for money...

(1) Value for money and quite convinient for our needs . (2) Kitchen bonus with table and couple of chairs plus fridge/freezer, washing machine, Kettle, Toaster and few essential cutleries (3) Good size parking area .

(1) Upstairs rooms could be quite noisy at times with other guests around in the middle of the night. (2) Downstairs main door was very difficult to lock up with the key

Suitable for overnight staying

Quiet location and safe place, not that far from shops, friendly staff + very helpful cleaning lady, space for parking, plenty space where to unpacked your clothes and other stuff, fridge in sharing kitchen, coffee and tea in the room and also in the kitchen free to use, kitchen had all what you might need for making a breakfast, nice and warm inside, appreciate taking shoes off behind main door, sadly saw people who didn't do that

Very very small ensuite bathroom with sewage smell, also a bit dirty when we arrived - had to ask staff next morning for recleaning + also found someone's underwear in our room ( but cleaning lady fixed everything next morning what we asked to clean) Noise from next room - 1st morning from staff during cleaning other room and our last night - someone call in the middle of the night and talked very loudly. Opening and closing kitchen time Missing hairdryer in the room Very small bed with furniture around - we were touching tables during sleeping so not good for 2 people - or rearrange furniture, armchair was pointless in the room

Generally extremely unhappy with this place. Also thinking it was more of a HMO rather than a b&b.

Good car parking space. Located close to venue we were visiting. Friendly greeting when we arrived from young female.

Too many faults and issues to mention. All bedroom furniture looked very well used and in poor condition, much of it not clean. Skirting boards and architrave grimes. Bed and bedding very well used, made me wonder if it was changed after previous guest. No milk for cuppa. Unsure of branding of drink ingredients. Headboard on bed at very distinct slope, not aligned to the mattress. Basic pillow issue. En suite bathroom, very narrow withe tiniest vanity sink I’ve ever seen and everything absolutely filthy, couldn’t bear to shower, it was disgusting. Felt relieved to return home and clean up. We’ll, you live and learn?

we would be more than happy to stay there again.

It was lovely and welcoming a nice little place to stay As we were only there one night The room was big, clean and beds, comfortable.

The Only issue we had was when I put the microwave and the toaster on together, it blew the electric and we couldn’t get the TV to show any Programs Unfortunately There was no instructions on how to do this.

Bad smell in the bathroom- the toilet had a cloth toilet seat cover on it and I stayed well clear, there is so much bacteria on them. It smelt like Spain water in the bathroom, and the toilet roll was used and carried on from the next person. I just found it really unhygienic. CCTV cameras are all in the house. No shoes allowed in the house- I don't want to put my clean socks on a floor that hundreds of people have walked on. Banging noise upstairs that was accessed by the owner it looked like as there were keys in the door leading to the attic. I was awake for most of the night with people banging doors going to the toilet- the doors should be fitted with softeners to stop that banging. There is a kitchen that we did not use, but there is no entry after 10pm, which I thought was weird. The kettle hardly fit under the sink to fill it up, and there was no milk in the room. Overall it was meh, it was a room and that was all I needed, but I wouldn't go back.

A stay here is best erased from your memory.

Off street parking, quiet, relatively clean

No decent towels, hardly any coffee, no milk. On suite bathroom shower hardly made you wet. Really cramped, towels just small and nasty bathroom. Noisey, walls of room thin. Nylon sheets on the bed, pillows. Really nothing nice at all. Feels cheap However, the wife's owner was friendly. No breakfast or food of any type provided, just the room. Heating ran super hot for an hour then turns off, so it gets cold in the night. It is cheap, it feels cheap, don't expect anything more than a bed.

A wonderful find! A short bus ride from city centre and very easy to find. Lovely welcome and room exactly what I needed. Kitchen available too!

Economical, private and secluded.

My room was warm and comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate and I had use of the kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee. There are good views out over the city nearby and there is a bus stop on a major bus route.

In places the paint needs touching up and the carpet on the landing and on the stairs needs cleaning.

thin walls, no soundproofing, you can hear all the neighbors. The kitchen is too small for shared living, one refrigerator for everyone, in which there is absolutely no free space.

Cheap and handy location l.

Strange smell from the bathroom, noisy floor boards so you could hear everything in all rooms and you can only use the kitchen if you stay 3 days.
