Staff were so friendly plus warm & welcoming. A smile goes a long way and we were met with smiles by the staff at Cedar Court Bradford.

I think parking should be free.

The room was clean but basic. The location was suitable for our needs. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

The car parking was faffy. The breakfast was mediocre. Some hot food was fine, the dining room was clean. Watered down juice and the satsumas were way past their best. Some of the food was nice - bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms. Other food was cheap - sausages, dried up beans, overdone eggs, thin bread for toast. Cheap cereal and watery yogurt. Meagre and damaged fresh fruit. There were women knocking on the fire doors to come in and use the toilets - they then left the same way past us eating our breakfast. The room was clean and basic, however, there was no safe, no fridge and no bottled water. The toiletries were sparse! Two units screwed to the wall. I could not use the shower gel in the bath as it was high up for the shower. The location was suitable and the beds were comfortable. I would not stay again and would not recommend which is a shame as the good bits were fine. More attention to the customer experience would be a good starting point. Food is a game changer - this is not the area to cut corners.
