We enjoyed our time with family while relaxing on the bay

loved the location and ability to relax with family on the patio by fire and bbq

not very clean and some things like blinds, doors, slider were in disrepair

DID NOT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS!

The location was very good. Great access to bayside and ocean beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. The appliances were new and modern. The Bed and Pillows were very comfortable.

This palce did not meet our expectations. First condo I stayed in with no dishwasher . There was a issue with hot water at kitchen sink. We had to boil water to wash dishes. Kitchen cabinet door when open hung down to floor. Missing top hinge connection. Bathroom had no towell racks. Had to hang towells on kitchen chairs. Couch did not fold out for a bed. It was broken. Patio sliding door lock did not work. A hole was drilled and a allen wrench placed in the hole to keep door from sliding. Jiggle the door from outside and allen wrench falls out and you can break in less than a minute. Several jets in hot tub were not working. No hair dryer provided. Bedroom bottom drawer did not open. Bedroom lighting was so bright it reminded me of an interrogation room. Cool white lamps with a high wattage. These type of lamps are used for a commercial building. Should be warm white lights that are dimmable. Poor property management. Sent a email with condo issues and never was answered or addressed. I have reviewed several condominiums domestic and international and this was was not worth the daily fee.

Good

Randi, the host was the best thing about this property! She was immediately responsive, helpful and went out of her way to assist us with a couple of things. She deserves all the compliments!! Our trip would not have been as great were it not for her!!

Needs some new pillows, a place to hang even a single towel (this is the beach after all) and a sitting chair in the living room would be great. The important places in the condo were very clean, bathroom fixtures, kitchen etc but you can tell the rest is not as clean as it should be.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

The location was excellent . Perfect for a family or quiet getaway. Property was clean and safe. Everything was within walking distance.

The only negative was there was no laundry facility. But there was a laundry mat close by.

Great location but not very clean

Location was great. Nice kitchen with newer appliances (range and fridge), amply stocked; was able to prepare a whole heat-and-serve thanksgiving meal. Randi was pretty responsive (most of the time). Jacuzzi was amazing! Walking distance to several attractions, including bike rentals, Belmont Park, beaches, shops, and lots of eateries.

The place was not very clean; floor and counters were gritty, floors were dirty as shown by the blackness of our socks just after walking around a bit. There were no disinfecting supplies in the unit, and I had to ask for a fresh dish sponge a drying rack (which Randi did bring over within a couple hours). The extra linens for the sofa bed did not appear to be fresh, and there were not enough extra pillows, but Randi did bring us fresh sheets, mattress pad, and extra pillows the next morning. Unit could be better served with a full size coffee maker. The 3-car garage is shared with the 2 other units, and it's a very tight squeeze to get 3 cars in there. Lastly, the walls and ceilings are not well insulated and you can hear every footstep from the upstairs unit and doors slamming from both (we were in unit B, and the neighbors probably heard the same from us). Wifi went in and out the whole time we were there.

Superb

It's a very nice apt. The bay is stunning. And restaurants r within the premises.

The AC doesn't keep the place cool. You might need to stand where the AC is blowing. Also, there's a creepy/weirdo neighbor (apt A) or maybe his a renter. He was there on the last day we stayed. Seems like he was watching what we were doing (being nosey). Making us feel uncomfortable. Other than that, I would give this place 10/10. Or heck, 20/10.
