Tucked inside the new gulf-side Villa Del Sol community, Cast Your Cares offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and comfort. Just a short stroll (about 5 minutes) down the community boardwalk brings you to the sands of Cape San Blas. After a sun-soaked day at the beach, kick back in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, or head to the fully fenced backyard to grill and gather around the propane fire pit under the stars.
This 3 bed / 3.5 bath retreat is thoughtfully appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in every room (with Hulu + Live TV, Disney+ & ESPN+), and plenty of extras to make your stay feel like home.

🐾 Pet Friendly! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (pet fee applies). Please ask about dogs over 75 lbs.
🛏️ Master suite on main (king bed), 2 upstairs ensuite bedrooms (queen beds), plus a queen sleeper sofa downstairs.
🚿 Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water + hooks for towels/swimsuits.
🌭 Backyard with seating for 8, propane fire pit, and Weber gas grill (backup propane provided).
🎾 2 community pickleball courts (paddles + balls provided) and a swimming pool just across the street.
☕ Keurig Duo with a full coffee starter kit.
🍳 Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware for 12, crockpot, Instant Pot, Ninja blender, and more.
🧺 Starter kits for kitchen and bath (paper towels, dish pods, TP, trash bags, etc.).
🏖️ Beach gear provided: chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon, blanket, toys
👶 Large dog crate, baby gate, and white noise machines in each bedroom.

A Few Notes to Know:
📺 Cable is not included, but every TV is a Smart TV with a paid Hulu + Live TV subscription (includes Disney+ and ESPN+). You’re also welcome to stream from your own accounts.
🚤 No boat/trailer parking is allowed in the driveway or common areas per HOA. We can help you find marina storage nearby.
🔒 The only locked space is the private storage closet off the master bath.

We had the pleasure of staying at ‘Cast your Cares’ and it was better than advertised. The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Julie has thought of everything! The fenced backyard was perfect for letting the pups out morning and evening to do their business without having to take a walk! The community where the house resides is beautiful with a community pool and pickle ball courts. Beach access was easy enough- a few minutes walk to the back of the community and she provided chairs, beach bags and a wagon for hauling your stuff to the beach. Overall I highly recommend this property if you enjoy communicating with a detail oriented host that takes care of their property and enjoys hosting!

This is our second time vacationing at this property. It is a lovely house and feels like a home away from home. Very clean and well-outfitted. Appreciate all the attention to detail! We even had welcome snacks!
