We had a wonderful trip. The place we stayed was really nice and in a good location. The view was awesome. The unit was very clean.

We spent 6 nights in the beautiful Merlot Mountain home and would highly recommend this spacious property. Our family of 9 had more than enough room to spend together inside and on the wonderful deck spaces. Laundry facilities on both upper and lower floors was a bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and community pool. The house still smelled "new" and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes and appliances. Location provided easy access to all our excursions in the Branson area. This was definitely our best vacation rental thus far. Prior to our arrival we received a phone call from Sunset Realty making sure we had our code for entry and assuring us that we could contact them with any requests or issues. If you plan to visit the Branson area you could not do better than Sunset Nightly Rentals. A big thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team for helping us to create family memories.

Everything was great but had quite a time finding the check out instructions. I would go to our reservation and it would say “touch guest book for check out instructions” but didn’t work. I tried the chat a few times with no luck then got a nice gentleman who sent them to me.
