It is easy to reach downtown Copenhagen with the harbor ferry bus or by regular bus. Sydhavnen is a wonderful area if you love water and the water is so clean in Copenhagen's harbor that you can swim in it. The apartment is 100 m2 and is on two floors Bottom floor: Family room with kitchen, dining room and living room, bedroom with sofa bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower, exit to balcony from the living room. 1st floor: Open bedroom with double bed and exit to another bedroom with double bed. You have to pass through one bedroom to get to the other one. The apartment's facilities include: WiFi, streaming capable SmartTV without channels, washing machine The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator. In June, July and August it is possible to book the private parking, but it must be booked in advance. On a daily basis, a dog lives in this home, but the dog is of course not at home when the property is rented out.
