A half-mile stretch along 12th Avenue South called the 12South neighborhood with a vintage clothing store on one end, a gourmet restaurant on the other, and many unique Nashville businesses in between. One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville, 12South is a shopping and dining destination full of restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, bars, and boutiques featuring local designers and makers. We also have a Park and Community center at the end of street with in season local farmers market music and vendors.

We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 south. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have seat set up for you on our balcony. Two large smart TVs with cable. Great standard amenities, including, iron and ironing boards, hairdryers , Plush Linens bath products and in unit washer dryer . Come enjoy our place.

You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

You’re staying right in the heart of 12South, which means you’re close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and fun that make this neighborhood so popular. The trade-off? Sometimes the neighborhood can be lively!
Please keep in mind that we cannot control noise, construction, private or public events, or other activity happening outside of the building. This is a multifamily community, and building ownership manages the amenities, common areas, and shared spaces.
We’ll take care of everything we can control inside your apartment to make sure it’s clean, comfortable, and ready for a great Nashville stay.

This is a great property in the 12 South district. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to visit. Easy access to Belmont and Vanderbilt and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Super easy check in and the apartment is just like the pictures. Surprisingly quiet even though it sits right on 12 South. Management company is super responsive and the check in/check out process was simple and clear. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville. 5-Star experience!!

We would absolutely recommend this place to friends coming to Nashville!
The 12 South neighborhood is close enough to downtown that we could Uber back and forth cheaply. If you don't want to go downtown, there are terrific restaurants within a couple of blocks of the condo. Parking was included and super easy so we were able to hop on the interstate and see Franklin, TN as well.
My husband got sick on our trip and I still had a delightful time walking around the local neighborhood. The condo was big enough that I could hang out in the other room and not disturb him when he was resting.
The reasons for my 3 stars were that there were a LOT of stairs (something like 34) to get up to our condo. Being so high up definitely helped burn a few calories from all of the great food we ate, and they also probably contributed to the quiet in the condo, so a plus/minus feature. The other reason was that there were six different condos in our stairwell and each probably has a different paint scheme, so the pics online won't necessarily match the actual apartment that you get.
All in all, a wonderful stay!
