This house is great for a large family or two small families. Sleeps twelve in one king, one queen, three twin over full bunk beds (four total bunk beds) and one queen air mattress (best saved for kids) OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck w/deck chairs, porch hammock and beach views. Downstairs has a large Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, decorative lighting and a deck swing. The backyard has a fire pit with seating INDOOR LIVING: Downstairs game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and wall-size Connect 4. 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a twelve-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware. Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 12 beach towels Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent. The house is wonderful! Great balcony with seating and fire pit down below. Kitchen was huge! Lots of hot water and nice showers. Washer & dryer were handy too. Mosquitos were horrible! Not sure if this is the norm or not, but bring bug spray!

Checking in was smooth and very detailed. House was neat and very comfortable! Decorations and furnishings was perfect for a “ homey feel” while away. I enjoyed the stay. It was a wonderful birthday weekend.

1.Check in process was a little rocky only because I had to try two different codes , 2.Also the only thing I didn’t think was a good idea was they don’t tell you the rules and regulations till it is 24hrs before check in . I think it should have been mentioned as soon as the place gets booked , mainly because what if there is info we don’t like and want to cancel our stay. 3.also if you have cleaning ladies coming I think that you shouldn’t put so much for us to clean before me leave . A simple (put all trash by the door , make sure everything put into the fridge is taken out and out things back to how it was ) would have sufficed Over all everything was really great !! Just those 3 things. Thank you David for hosting us

The house is about 3 blocks from the beach. There is a pathway at the end of the road, or you can go up a block to the drive on entrance to the beach. We had no problems with the rental, the manager/owner was very responsive to questions we had. The game room on the bottom floor was a great fort/hangout for our 10 year olds. They loved it.

Great place to stay for a weekend family getaway. House was really clean, Lots of towel in upstairs restroom. Plenty of kitchen ware and coffee supplies. Easy checkin and communication with host was very good.
