The beds are not queens, There fulls. 5)3 only others thing was we had no hot water. Not even warm. It was cold all the way around.

For $65, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. The man at the front desk was nice, but he took forever to check us in. The room had cracks and peeling on the ceiling from water damage. The cool air didn’t work. It felt like there were sewer covers under the carpet.
I tried to shower before bed, but there was no hot water and it wasn’t warm enough for me to even attempt a shower after running the water for 15 minutes hoping it would heat up. The hot water was back in the morning though. The bed was very hard and I woke up sore throughout the night. The towels that we had in the bathroom had stains on them.
The housekeeper knocked on our door to clean our room before checkout time. We weren’t dressed yet, but I appreciate that she only knocked repeatedly rather than come in like I’ve experienced at worse hotels.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but given the price and that we were exhausted and needed to find a place last minute on our travels home, we probably got what we paid for.

The first room we were in had a broken bathtub. They did put us in a different room. The hot tub in the pool area was under construction, but the pool was still open. The outlets in the room we had not all of them worked.

The place is clean and welcoming. It had snowed all day prior to getting there. It appeared no attempt had been made to clean the lot of snow. I know I drove over a curb or two just getting into the place. I ended up parking in about 8 inches of snow that had drifted.
The room was great, comfortable bed, good TV selection. The breakfast had juice, coffee, waffles, biscuits and gravey, sausauge, eggs and plenty of bread, muffins, bagels. Best breakfast I have seen for the price of the room. I would highly recomend to anyone.
Also had a pool and waterslide, but I was not prepared otherwise I would have gone in.

After 15 hours on the road it was nice to check in and stay here. Pool was awesome and just what we needed. Breakfast was so good and the front desk people were amazing. I would so stay here again.

This was (and continues to be) the worst hotel experience that I've had a in a long time. We chose this hotel because our kids have loved staying at hotels with waterslides, but we will not return.
Check-in: slow and convoluted. Not sure if it's because we booked on Hotels.com, but it took forever. The amenity page listed baby cribs, but they do not have any.
Room: unclean and unsafe. Immediately noticed the curtain rod precariously hanging from the ceiling. Then we saw the bright red stains in the carpet. Tried to bathe and found that there was no hot water. I sat on the corner of one of the beds while holding my child and we ended up on the ground when the mattress literally flipped off it's supports.
Pool: disappointing. The overhead lights were out on one end of the room. The heater in the waterslide and splash pad area was broken and the water was ice cold. Parts of the pool area were under construction and not well-barricaded. There was an unmarked, unprotected protruding piece of rebar at the main pool entrance.
Breakfast: the bright spot. The warm breakfast was on par with your average 2.5 to 3-star hotel complimentary breakfast offerings.
Check-out: extended headache. The process was smooth, but we've since found out that instead of *placing a hold* for $50 on our credit card for incidentals, they've *charged* $50 instead. Not once, but twice. I've repeatedly been told that it shouldn't have happened and their system is showing the money returned (it hasn't been). Th

None of the staff or managers wore name badges. The day counter person, a man, and the night counter person, a women. Both were extremely rude. Checked into room and had not even enough toilet paper on the roll for one use. Changed it out to the roll on the back of the toilet. When we asked for another one the night lady asked us our room number and why we needed the toilet paper. We were staying for 3 days. None of them had name tags on. Nor was there a name plaque in the manager on duty slot. Everytime we left our room and came back our key card did not work. Even running downside to go smoke. Had to have our key card reset several times (this appeared to be happening to every guest) and Everytime we had to have it reset they were very rude about it and never even once apologized and said they were sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Some guest appeared to have spilled/dropped some chips and cheese coming up the top of stairway A to the 2nd floor and it was there all 3 days.

Check in was great. First room was clean, went to turn heat on and wasn’t working. Maintenance came figured out what thought was the issue. He was great! Heater ran for 15min and tripped breaker this happened two more times before I called front desk. The night person was rude and kept insisting that I wait for maintenance. I stated I wouldn’t wait for maintenance as it’s an electrical issue. They did agree to switch us to a another room. The second room had a dirty towel in closet and rag wrapped around shower head. Upon looking closer rag was put there because shower head was broke and would spray water everywhere. We choose to not switch rooms again and just went to bed. Check out was better morning person was very nice but couldn’t offer any discount since manager was not available. we will not stay again.

I use this hotel to stay overnight when i have a long roadtrip and its good enough for that. There are some minor things that would bother me more if i were staying longer. Things like, the TV doesn't work, cobwebs in the corners of the room, the pet fee is actually $25 per night and not $10 as listed on Expedia and lastly, you have to book a pet specific room which Expedia doesn't give an option for. All in all, its cheap and close to the freeway so ill stay here again but i probably wont book through Expedia

Terrible. Issues from check-in taking 20 minutes, to the room - NO HOT WATER and not told upon check-in (next morning I was told it happened after I checked in); NO hot tub, with 2X4 and 2X6 boards and old tarp braced and laying on area (management stated it happened day prior?!); beds old, mattress was on broken frame.
End story - I want my money refunded. WORST hotel in years.

Unfortunately this property is real dirty. We honestly considered leaving. We stayed only because we had prior commitments and were already running late.

The pictures are clearly old ! The perfect looking kids pool was dirty and literally had garbage in it. The room had vent covers hanging off the ceiling. The room as a mobility room which is fine but the shower head attached to nothing so you had to hold that to get washed. The shower chairs if you had needed them looked fairly unsafe, old and dirty.
Breakfast - my daughter had 2 attempts to make waffles and still never managed to get a 'cooked' waffle.

The staff was friendly. Check in and out were amazing. They were doing construction. Our water was brown the morning we left. Definitely not drinkable. The sink and tub took forever to drain. The hot tub was out of order as well. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. The pool area needs many repairs and the pictures do not reflect the current condition, the lily pads were missing and the hot tub was empty and looked like it was a dumpster for construction debris. The breakfast was good though.

The property was very dirty. There was a band aide on the stairs near our room the entire stay and the same cigarette butt on the floor outside of door the last two days. Inside the room there was garbage under the bed when we arrived. I believe they said they were understaffed. The room was not cleaned in-between nights.
The pool was okay. Not as nice as the pictures but my daughter LOVED the water slide just the same. They was rarely pool towels available, as getting towels in general was an issue.
The hotel did have a very good continental breakfast.

Good hot breakfast. We had to switch rooms. The first room was a king suite and there was water damage in one corner of the room, dog hair on couch and chair, human hair found in bed, bath shampoo and conditioner was used (they left half a bottle of each 🤔), rug had stains, musty smell. Moved downstairs to a similar suite. It was nicer and a bit cleaner. Was told the charge for the room was $103, but when I checked my account after checking out, the bill was $148. Now, I have to go through the hassle of calling tomorrow morning and speak to an Anna to get this solved.

They need some major maintenance in the rooms & bathrooms. I have stayed at several and everything was just fine. I will think twice before booking a Comfort Inn again.

We were looking forward to a family stay and found there to be no hot water, at all, unfortunately. The pool was ice cold, and although we tried, it was unbearable after 5 minutes. Our hotel room also had no hot water for showers or washing hands either.
