Every staff member, except one, was friendly and able to answer the couple of questions we had. Not sure who the one gentleman was at the front desk on Saturday, but both myself and my wife said hello and good evening, he just stared at us and didn't say a word,
The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were amazing
The pool area was clean and the hot tub was amazing.
I did not partake in breakfast, but they did have quite the variety.
Just the one front desk person.
One suggestion would be to add a couple more chairs outside the front door for hanging around outside.

Easy to get to from the interstate. We liked the water in the lobby and the cookies.
The mattress on the bed frame was always moving off the frame.

Easy access, near gas station & restaurants. Enough parking for our truck and cargo trailer
The bed was very hard. Our room was missing some to the soap, conditioner and body gel. When we asked for some we were told they were out of body shampoo but she did give us a bottle of conditioner.
