The staff here were very friendly. They even called once we were settled in to make sure we liked the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I walked in was greeted very friendly but soon after things changed!! I got my room they had no elevator so you have to take the stairs I had 2 older people with me! We get to our room someone else was sleeping in the room walk bbq k down to the front desk talk to the lady she said no you didn’t open the door right you must pull up in the handle I said some else is already sleeping in that room!! The front desk person was very upset because she couldn’t just got back to smoking whatever was making her so high and unable to do her job!! After she went and looked and saw someone in the room she then gave us another room once again not on the first for but in another building!!!

This was a great stay! Check-in was very good with the engaging and informative Marty. My son and I just needed a place to stay near the airport and this place fit the bill so much better than expected. The room rate was very reasonable, the included breakfast was great and the location perfect. There were a couple (very small) issues with conditions: an outlet plate that had come loose exposing the interior of the wall, some wear on the carpet and the seal on the tile floor. None of those things affected our stay, but speaks to the place being a little dated. Definitely not a deal breaker and given the rate and location, I would definitely stay here again.

Had a sign in the lobby that they were ranked at an 8.4 on Hotels.com. Definitely not even a 6. Door jammed and someone had to stay in the room at all times to open from the inside. Drunk next door was singing at the top of his voice at 2 am. The counter girl did come up and bang on his door and he quieted. Room was dumpy and pillows were meh. The two places we wanted to stay at were booked and this was our third choice. Wish we would have just kept traveling down the road.

Arrived and hotel lobby staff were not welcoming or friendly. Elevators were down so we had to use the stairs. Our room appeared clean at first glance; upon closer inspection it was a little dirty. The carpet and curtains had stains. Linen didn’t smell fresh. Bathroom, however, was clean and water pressure was good. You could hear people laughing and talking as they walked down the halls, was a bit uncomfortable to be sleeping & randomly hear strangers laugh. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and when we went to ask for another key, I got a snarky remark from the desk lady about it. Breakfast was decent. Checkout was the same as checkin. Will not be staying here again.

This am (1 am) we checked in and were told they didn’t have a first floor (pet room) available after booking online. My family and I were tired after driving for hours and were told our only option was to take a second floor room or leave. They also stated since they didn’t have a pet room they would be keeping my deposit of $100 when the pet fee is only $40. To add insult to injury we were also told that we would have to carry all our luggage upstairs because the elevator is broken. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at best western, a place I always choose to do business with. I just want to share this experience with upper management

Very convenient to the airport and car drop off. Our room was in the back no entrance through the front lobby near breakfast didn’t like parking in the back not well lit.

Due to late flight, I inquired about shuttle service prior to booking. Information provided was not correct and resulted in me waiting alone outside an airport for over 20 minutes...driver just drove by and didn't stop on the scheduled run...her 12.30AM run was over by 12.32AM when I called for a pickup. Hotel does not have elevators. Hotel does not seem to have on-site security. Hotel has an unpleasant disinfectant odor. Desk clerk did everything she could to improve a bad situation, but there was no way she could address all of the hotel's failings.

Staying at the Best Western was good, very friendly front desk personnel. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The only down fall was the shower. While taking a shower the water went cold, and would take a while to get hot again. But other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom smelled like chlorine, surfaces were dirty. Room was nice and big, but the room design was awkward. Bathroom was tiny, dirty, and dingy. We couldn't stay, and left to another hotel. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and refunded our money with zero fuss.

This is an older property and needs a little love/renovation. They do not have an elevator, so if you cannot walk up one flight of stairs, find another hotel. The room was fine overall, but the carpet really needs to be replaced. One area where they excelled is the hospitality. It was top-notch!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, breakfast was fantastic!! We really liked not having to buy breakfast every single day. This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star employees and a 5 star breakfast.

This motel has no elevator, we had traveled across the country so did have some luggage. It smelled awful on our floor, smelled like cooked food of some kind. It was hot and stuffy in our room. Very outdated, and even the stairs were hard to navigate due to be narrow trying to get luggage up them. Our tv remote had tape holding in the batteries in. Would not stay here again.

Everything was good. Only problem they had was terrible parking. I arrived at 1:00 am from my trip and all I wanted to do was check-in and go to bed. I could not find parking. I had to park at the Village Inn which was close enough to walk from.

Property was somewhat dated, but great for the price. Parking was very limited. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Property was close to airpot and car rental location. A $100 security deposit was put on credit card hold each night of stay, but not mentioned in the Expedia description when booking. This could seriously impact some vacation plans.

Overall clean, but maid had forgotten a previous guest's used towel left on a hook behind the bathroom door. ADA room did not have a hand sprayer showerhead as shown in pic. No hot water in shower.
