Horrible service, booked a reservation online a couple hours before my arrival, arrived & receptionist said there wasn’t any rooms available.

We were put in a room that had a shower head leak and ended up making a big puddle on the floor. They kindly offered another room right next to the first one. The second room had a problem with the bathroom light fixture. When you switched the light switch, the bathroom ceiling light would blink on and off like Christmas lights. You had to keep trying it and it was hit or miss.
Also, we went to bed with dirty feet unless we wore our shoes in the hotel room. The carpet was very dirty, but because of the dark colors of the carpet it was not noticeable...only on the bottom of our feet.
The staff was very nice though.

They lady at the desk was so nice and accomdating..However the room was not all that clean very outdated.Ice machine did not work.Could use better cleaning service.

Front desk clerk was awesome. Very smooth check in and out. Room was ready and clean. The only complaint I have is there was no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The front office clerk only had one extra blanket.

The room smelled like cigarettes and weed. There were men standing on their balconies watching us. VERY unsafe and rundown area. The only nice thing to say was the woman that checked us in was nice. We didn’t end up staying and drove the over five hours home not to stay.

The room was comfortable and had good lighting and furnishings. A little dated but clean. Fridge and microwave, coffeemaker in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great value for price.

Not worth the $110 I paid for. It was cold at night and turning the heat on has an awful smell. The bed sheet doesn’t feel comfortable and doesn’t feel clean. However, the staffs are nice and friendly.

Evening and morning clerks friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, bed comfortable. You will need to drive to eat, but many dining out options are available.

Room was very clean, nice and quiet. Had a variety of pillows in each firmness, warm blankets and great working air conditioner. Water pressure was better than most motels. Full breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. (The "no-touch" pancake maker was a kick.)
I got the suite because I needed 2 queen (not double) beds and enjoyed the extra space to spread out in the room, even if it was only for one night. I will definitely mark this down on my list of great places to rest while traveling on Highway 69.

This was our second stay. Over the weekend our plans changed and we extended our stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating and we had a great weekend! The staff are so friendly!

Coverlets were full of cigarette burns, and the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke , which was terribly disappointing after driving 10 hours and trying to find a place to stay for the night! I guess it's my own fault for not reading the fine print. I guess I didn't realize there's still hotels that offer smoking. Unfortunately there was no other rooms to be found so he had to just spray a lot of perfume and try and make the best of it. This wasn't like the best westerns I usually stay at at all!
