Traveling through and looking for a place to spend the night. Very clean at a reasonable price.

The bed. The bed was awful. Springs were constantly popping. I woke up not rested and extremely sore. We've stayed here many times but this maybe the last.

Stay was overall good but there was small roaches. We killed 4.
Corners in the bathroom could have been cleaner. A toenail and dirt was caked in corner.

Check in took way too long. They did not make it easy. It was also difficult to understand the desk person speaking through a wall of lexan

First room was dirty, the beds are full not queen. Super uncomfortable, super soft.

Very clean friendly staff. Only complaint is there needs to be a coffee pot and coffee in the room. Not everyone wants to get dressed right away to go downstairs for coffee, me being one of these people, lol. Will stay there again

I didn't get to check in. I was told that all the rooms were fully booked. They are not aware of the booking that I have made using Expedia. I am expecting a full refund. Thanks.

Water in bathtub drain real slow. Bathtub has a dirty ring around bath tub. Dirt in crack of bathroom floor.

The only negative was that there was not a lot of green space for walking dogs and the guests did not clean up after their dogs, so what grass there was was littered with poop bombs.

No heat in room stuffy have copd so could not sleep desk said we can’t do anything till Monday

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom vents and toilet was not cleaned. Doors need repainted. An older building that needs some TLC. Key didn’t work after first night stay. I was supposed to get a credit because they didn’t have the King bed I reserved. I haven’t seen the credit yet. The beds in my room need replaced. They are old and not very comfortable.

We spent Monday and Friday nights. My husband is in a wheelchair and when I reserved rooms six weeks ahead I was told there were recliners in every room. He has to sleep in one. Monday night..no recliner. Had to ask for one. Plus he couldn’t get in the bathroom because of his chair. We had asked for a handicapped room They were full Monday night and we could get one. I’m 73 and I had to manually help him to the restroom. Not happy. They guaranteed us one Friday night. Yes we got one. No bathroom soap and the hair dryer wouldn’t work! Never again!! Probably all the handicapped rooms were taken by people who could walk!!

We booked 2 days before we went and called the property to make sure that they got our payment once we arrived and went to check in they told us they was full and we no longer had a room even though we paid for our room 2 days in advance! The older woman at the desk was extremely rude and tried to tell us to go stay at a run down hotel it left my family and I to have to go back home due to nothing else having rooms

We thought the staff were very friendly, but the bed was probably one of the worst I’ve ever slept in…truly awful.

The unit seemed clean but the floors felt sticky. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

No coffee?!? And a poor excuse that its still "frozen"? Maybe if your overnight girl wasn't outside smoking and really rude upon check-in, she would've thawed the coffee. No in-room coffee. When we entered our room, ZERO glassware or plastic cups. Had to go downstairs to ask for a cup so I could brush my teeth. Window was open with a large hole in the screen. And please dont advertise free breakfast when its a stack of granola bars and muffins. Sorry, guys, but you blew it this time.

The front desk staff was great! They were Super friendly! That earned them the second star, but the condition of the building and cleanliness was a huge issue!
My room had a really bad smell, the carpets were felt wet or oily. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. My bed sheets were still a bit wet, I’m hoping from the dryer just being over loaded. I couldn’t sleep the first night for fear of bed bugs due to the cleanliness, but no bites so thank god that wasn’t an issue.

no ice. shower curtain is super dirty. I can visually see the black mole built up on the curtain. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, it one of those cheap mattress with light duty spring inside, your entire body will sink down the mattress. you will make loud noises even with a light turn.

I just needed an overnight sleep when traveling through Oklahoma. I checked in at 9pm in McAlister's Extended Stay. The AC was on auto and would sound like a boom, like a door shutting. After about 5-6 cycles of this startling noise, I shut off AC and turned on fan. Then I woke up too hot. Ended up getting up at 430am to leave. Even then, they didn't have coffee!
