Cleanliness, great atmosphere, check iin very helpful We ask if We can upgrade . All elevators worked so there was minimal waiting time to used them .

The location was ideal, the resort was immaculate, loved the beach/chairs/umbrella and an amazing pool. The food on the beach and at the restaurants was delicious. The nightly entertainment at 3030 bar was outstanding!!

Overall the resort was beautiful. It was a nice getaway. I felt like I was in the Carribean. There was always room at the pool and the private beach area was very nice and we had our own chairs.
The firepit outside, the clean rooms, the fact that the hotel is right on the beach, the huge pool, tennis courts and basketball court and Sealevel restaurant where you can eat while admiring the ocean.
We could not ask for more!
