The short stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Hong Kong was very pleasant, the hotel is centrally located with many shopping amenities closed by. Walking distance to the subway and trains. The hotel although is old is well maintained. The breakfast is good, it has a wide spread of various types of food, both Western and Asian.. the bell boys are very alert and helpful… will come back again in my next visit to HK

The Sheraton was a significant upgrade from the facility that we had pre-booked which did not live up to the online description. The location of the sheraton was perfect for public transportation and walking in Kowloon along the waterfront and to the night market.

We love this property and have stayed many times when we were doing business in China. It's close to everything. The hotel rooms looked updated and the decor was fresh and inviting. The bathroom was lovely. The only criticisms I have were the food quality in the Cafe and lack of seating in the Club room. We stayed for 3 days, and the best we could do was have 2 cups of tea that we took to our room.

With nice victoria harbour view, hope i can get a room with higher floor to enjoy the view :) It is a little bit crowded at the check in counters, the waiting time is a little bit long, other things are alright.

Amazing property, only issue ( and I never write reviews ) check in and check out takes entirely too long and also nobody helps with your luggage ( usually I never want the assistance ) but It was actually needed and they don’t help. Great place / rooms / food/ good staff

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the MTR station, the ferry terminal, and the shopping and dining options of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was elegant, cozy, and well-equipped, with a large window overlooking the Victoria Harbour an incredible view. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. The Sky Lounge was a great place to chill out and enjoy watching the symphony of sounds without the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay here again for my next holiday in Hong Kong. It is a wonderful hotel and the location is a huge plus.

Enjoyed the view of the room and loved the location. However, the rooms were not clean and had to tell them to clean up. Also, I paid for an additional guest but the room weren't set up accordingly. They definitely need to vacuum the carpet because it wasn't clean underneath the beds. They provided us with 2 shampoos in the bathroom. They need to pay attention to the details. This hotel doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel. I am not certain if I would recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Missing people to greet at the entrances in evening and night. Lots of dust under the bed. And railings for the curtains is very bad state. Except for that it’s pretty good!

There was only one counter open for check-in, which was occupied by a particular party for over 30 mins. We had to ask to speed up the process, and even then, wait more than 40 mins for check-in, which is by far the longest I’ve ever had to wait for check-in at any hotel. Although the rooms have very nice harbor views and are squeaky clean, and the location is convenient, we would not stay here again just because the service was unpleasant at best, and frankly unacceptable.

The location is excellent! Near subways and the Victoria Harbor! Near many shops and restaurants! The hotel is a little old but was very clean! And the staff all are friendly and nice, and are very helpful. The staff responded to your requests quickly! We like this hotel and will stay again when comes to Hong Kong

Sheets dirty , Club room but No club lounge ! temporary lounge do not serve anything but coffee and soft drink from 7;30 to 11:30 , closed from 11:30 to 4:30 and close at 7pm !! I like the 3 restaurants and Morton is best ! Breakfast good but they rush you out !

Very conveniently located within walking distance to the MTR, Star Ferry, bus stops and lots of shopping. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were polite and helpful. However, Check in was VERY slow with only two staff taking care of plutonium members, others kept waiting up to 45 minutes until three more staff came. Two-bed room with only one razor in bathroom.
