The room is a great value. Clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing- fresh scrambled eggs and bacon and the woman running it was so helpful and friendly - she made the food even better with her cheer. My only complaint is the same complaint I have with every hotel which is they don’t make it easy to hang up a towel and rescue it. 1 hook for 4 towels and no towel bar. A few hooks are cheap and way to install and improve the experience a huge amount in addition to promoting sustainability.

The room was fantastic! Only a few things that were an issue. The toilet seat is like a child’s seat toilet. Meaning that the opening to sit and go number #2 was very uncomfortable. The shower water handle was very loose too like it was going to fall off. Lastly: when we arrived it was raining and the gutter above the balcony area was dripping water over the table outside very loudly. So, besides those issues, the stay was fantastic and great. We loved the continental breakfast, the room was very clean, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Definitely coming back again.

Room 117 ADA compliant needed a piece of furniture in the bathroom to hold while exiting the walk-in shower. We had to drag a chair there to hold onto for safety and stability after leaving the shower.

Good stay overall. No complaints. Attractively priced option in Petaluma and close (within a mile or two) to pretty much everything in Petaluma. Happy with our stay - good value.

Nice room, clean room and bathroom. Bed felt great. Close to a main road but heard nothing. Free breakfast was good. All the staff we met were friendly and very courteous. We will stay here again.

Everything you could ask for at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly helpful staff The room was very small with older fixtures but clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed.

Didn’t allow my crew to check into the second room that was already paid for. Said I had to be present with ID for them to be able to utilize the room. I’ve never had an issue with that before. Still charged us for the room and they had to pay for a separate room.

One of the few hotels which doesn’t overcharge for pets. Comfortable enough. Downside is, it needs update, and pet deodorizer is REALLY strong. Good value.

We really love our stay.! If you are going to a Coast Guard Graduation is very nearby!! Can take 16 min to get to the base. Maria on the breakfast area was amazing!! We love her!

The property had fewer stars but great reviews. I found it to be very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely convenient. There was also a great breakfast. The restaurant onsite was pretty awesome too! I'll definitely return.

It’s very dated. The heater could not be used because it smelled badly of burning dust. Shower pressure was terrible. There was a small blood stain on the sheets. We will not be back.

Staff was very unfriendly. When I first walked into the lobby it smelled like smoke bad. I said to the lady at the desk "I hope the rooms don't smell like smoke". She rolled her eyes. They were very rude. There was two women. I am sure the first lady told the other lady what I had said. They put us at the end of the property next to a main street. Very load all night long because of traffic. We will not be staying there again. For the rates they charge, I will not be treated rudely and the noise was terrible.

The front desk clerk was happy to accommodate my asking for a ground level room, since my mom is 92. The room was very clean. The only problem was that one of the light bulbs o the night stand did not work and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very very low.

There was ants all over my room. I mentioned this to the staff and nothing was done about it. It got over all my make up, tooth brush, face wash and hair tools.
