We are satisfied during couple days of stay.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy and we were able to leave our luggage earlier in the day before the 3 PM check-in.

The hotel is old but maintained well. The location was very convenient, close to Ginza shopping and dining.

Excellent stay! Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We booked the lounge floor which included breakfast and evening snacks with bar. The lounge was so comfortable and the hosts were so nice and polite. So refreshing to come in after a long day and have a comfortable lounge area with snacks and bar service. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Although, it was hard to communicate with the staff. Taxis were plentiful. Would definitely stay at the Daiichi if I return!

The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So inconsiderate. I only choose this hotel because of the convenient of airport limo

In Ginza, this hotel has a beautiful lobby, and beautiful rooms with fantastic bathrooms. The service was wonderful and the location perfect for accessing the metro and for strolling.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the service was amazing. It has a dedicated entrance to the metro station, which was convenient. The only disappointment was that the pool was for guests over 18, so we were not able to use it while traveling with our child.

Stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon. Perfect location close to finish line. Hotel was clean and upscale. Slightly outdated and room was pretty tight. Close to a lot of restaurants although not very kid friendly, but 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson’s a block away.

Beautiful Hotel, great location and the restaurants are excellent. Nice traditional feel. No gym inside the hotel. Only complaint is it’s 2024 and all the employees are wearing masks. Looks more like policy than preference. Masks in 2025? 2026? Cruel, perhaps. Oppressive, most certainly.

We had the connecting suite rooms and they were the nicest rooms in terms of high end facilities and decor we've ever stayed in Tokyo.

Everything was extremely nice, there is an entrance to Shimbashi Station right in the hotel, its really got all the amenities you could hope to find and more. Vast selection of dining, laundry service, barber, spa, pool, etc. plus the location is perfect. I would definitely chose this hotel for my next stay in Tokyo.

Hotel was well maintained and staffed personnel who were multi lingual. Although checkin was at 3pm, we arrived very early due to our flight. The hotel made efforts to bring our checkin forward to allow my family to rest.
The rooms were kept to a very standard. They were clean, well presented and provided all the amenities you would want including complimentary water and a stocked mini bar.
The hotel boosted a European design with a large number of restaurants, multiple breakfast options and a bar.
They provided a cot for our little one on request. It was wooden and in good condition with a good mattress so my daughter was comfortable and slept well.
We stayed there on two occasions during our trip, we were looked after well and would definitely return if we visited Tokyo again.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were super helpful - we had an issue with loss baggage, not associated with the hotel but they went to great lengths to help resolve it. Much appreciated

My go to while in Tokyo and stay in Ginza. Have stayed here several times. Service is great and the hotel is very clean. Only complaint is on certain days the smell permeated from the shower drain, but not every day and should not deter anyone. Recommend offering a broader breakfast, especially during long stays versus same breakfast every day.

Great location with easy access to metro stations.
Looks is a bit old style compared to new modern style hotels but it’s very comfortable and rooms are quite large.

Comfortable room in terms of space, climate control, appliances and accessories provided in the room with adequate power points in room and bathroom. Location is convenient requiring only short strolls to Ginza and food, easy access to subway lines. Excellent service of the staff.

Great location, minutes to the subway and JR station. So many good places to eat nearby and Ginza shopping area within a nice walking distance too. The decoration is a little date, the the rooms are well kept and a good size for Tokyo. Also close enough to take a taxi Haneda, if you arrive outside normal train hours. My new favorite location.

Dai-ichi Tokyo is a great place to stay in Tokyo. It’s close walking distance to the JR and metro station and has tons of dining options around the hotel. It’s also a 10-15 minute walk to Ginza shopping district.
Rooms are big and clean. Would book again when we come back to Tokyo.

Location is good. Near subway station. And with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and easy to communicate. I shall definitely refer this hotel to my friends

This was a great hotel in Ginza/Hibiya area. Close to the train station. Walked everywhere. Very nice hotel. Only suggestion is to change the toilets. The flush handle is way down on the back side so it seemed like you have to get your head near the toilet to flush. We would definitely stay here again though. The staff was great too. Comfortable bed

Excellent service and luxurious and spacious room. We had a connecting room with a common entrance entry patio for our party of 6 and it made the experience so much more memorable for all of us! Special shoutout to the bell service staff for remarkable service and care!
